They deserve 0 stars. Place my order on the app as I normally do. Wait time was 58-66 mins... fine. My husband goes to pick up the order and gets home to find my lemon pepper wings are garlic parm. I call them to get it corrected. I tell the girl what I ordered and what’s in the bag, she apparently sees the mistake and says hold on tells someone (I can hear the convo) and the guy she’s talking to says “NOT MY PROBLEM” I asked did he just say not his problem to which she confirmed. I was flabbergasted! Up until that moment it was a mistake and I calmly called for it to be corrected. But that unprofessional pos set me off. I began saying how is it not y’all’s problem if it’s your job she then stated that she supposedly told my husband to check the bag to which my husband supposedly said “I’ll check it in the car” lol!!! He 1000% did not say that and had no reason to lie because whether we checked it or not it’s not our job to make the correct order and expected them to offer to fix it. I tell the girl I want to speak to the manager and asked if that guy in the background is the manager she stutteringly told him again he said oh why didn’t you just say that tell them to pick it up while I can hear everything. I wanted to know why he was so rude about their mess up. Of course I still wanted my order I paid almost $40 for. I tell her to make it but I still wanted his name and to speak to a manager. The girl was scared to give any info and basically gave me corporate number. She didn’t want to give me the guys name. He finally gets on the phone to basically say yea I said that so what and says he’s just a cashier. When my husband goes back up there there’s no guy cashiers. Shady. His name is supposedly Francisco.
