I was in this place a few weeks back what a disappointment corporate really needs to have some kind of oversight checking in consistently first I want to say when my husband passed recently I took on DoorDash this is the worst place to come on the weekends even when there's not a lot of orders it's still 25 minutes is there no strategy in place for this company I directly left and went to the one on beltline and only took 10 minutes The one on beltline is perfect I always has great fries and the chicken is always great never soggy fries like this place I was hungry and have not been eating along with my daughter I cannot order the $0.70 as many as I wanted like other places I had to order their $10 minimum also I wanted to try to hibernate all they said it was $1.35 or more I'm thinking where is that say in franchise anywhere that were charged at $35 extra for habanero wings they wanted a nickel and dime everything including any condiments I don't know who is the franchise over this place but they need to be fired I received my order was $12 I had a large fry they were completely soggy The chicken was greased soaked I immediately called complaint line I told them of the experience and that I cannot eat this food It is soggy they sent me a $5 coupon they did not send me a coupon for the chicken which was grease soaked but I appreciate the $5 if you're going to come here please check your chicken and fries to make sure they're not grease soaked and soggy also expect to wait my best bet for everyone is to go to beltline in Grand prairie I have the best always I gave her one for the atmosphere because there's too much sitting space when there could be more equipment to adequately serve the number of people that come in there there's no need for all this sitting area that needs to be more equipment to put in and installed so this place could make profit also get rid of the people that are in there that don't care how they serve the...

One young man at the counter got our order wrong..which was no big deal at all, mistakes happen, so it wasnāt a problem UNTIL a different very disrespectful and obnoxious young man that was also working the front counter proceeded to tell us that the order couldnāt be corrected since it had already been placed and paid for. Which we did not understood since the error was a mistake on their workers part and we didnāt find out about the error until after we paid, but the disrespectful obnoxious young man keep stating that even though the other young man took the order incorrectly, they still could not correct the order. So I asked for the manger and the manager respectfully and quickly corrected the order for us. Meanwhile the obnoxious young man went to the kitchen where our order was being prepared a few feet away, which was still within our earshot and he proceeds to bash us to the kitchen staff. Once we got home, after further discussion, we ended up being a little afraid to eat the food that was prepared in the presence of that obnoxious young man and we just threw it all out. The REAL disappointment was that this food was for the dear friend that was with me, following her 3 week stay in the hospital with cancer no solid food until yesterday ..she was discharged from hospital today, and all she wanted to try to eat for her first solid meal was some wings from wing stop, so that was our first stop after leaving the hospital and this rude and obnoxious guy just caused extra stress and drama that was totally unnecessary. My husband goes to pick up the order and gets home to find my lemon pepper wings are garlic parm. I call them to get it corrected. I tell the girl what I ordered and whatās in the bag, she apparently sees the mistake and says hold on tells someone (I can hear the convo) and the guy sheās talking to says āNOT MY PROBLEMā I asked did he just say not his problem to which she confirmed.
