One of my worst experiences in McDonald's, I use their app a lot and went there at about 10:20. Breakfast in their app ends at 10:15 and lunch starts at 11 so their app was completely unusable despite all the advertising. Drive thru was extremely long so we decided to go inside. All four of the self service kiosks were closed due to "covid social distancing" so you were forced to go to the register. The person at the register was young and inexperienced and left the register unattended between every order he took. When we got to the register, he said that they couldn't serve lunch for another 10 minutes and wouldn't take our order even after we suggested they make it in 10 minutes. We had to get out of line and back in 10 minutes later, which ended up taking 20 because he kept leaving the register. From there it went fine until we opened the bag in our car and found all of our chicken sandwiches hardly wrapped and had opened back up and spilled in the bag. The stickers that identified which sandwich was which were all stuck together on one sandwich so we couldn't tell the difference. Worst experience I have had in a McDonald's so far and I feel bad for any locals being serviced...
Read moreUpdate** returned 2 months later. Food was slightly better. Staff couldn't be more disgusted with life. When we pulled up to the window to pay they told me my total. I pulled out my card and said hi how are you. The ladies response was dead silence and a blank stare. Moving on to the next window to recieve my food the same thing happened again. I said have a good day as we pulled away and she mumbled to do the same as she looked away. My wife laughed and reminded me just not expect any sort of customer service from people these days and once in a blue moon when someone does have good customer service like there was 30 years ago, you'll be pleasantly surprised.

When I got to the window the lady even confirmed that my order was a double cheeseburger with a medium fry and large water. When I looked in the bag they just handed me the fries. So I turned around and went back through the drive thru to tell them. When I told the lady through the speaker she said, "we don't have cheeseburgers right now." I didn't respond, just waited. Then make some maybe......after that she put me down as a cheeseburger instead of a double cheeseburger. When I tried explaining this she just stared at me blankly and said "we have you down as a cheeseburger." As if she didn't hear me say double cheeseburger through the speaker. At this point I was completely over dealing with stupidity so I just told her "whatever. Fine." I got the cheeseburger and left.
