Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Grapevine

Typical weaponizing the cops when you look like me just asking your money back. I just went into Domino's to feed my family. I walk in to pay for my order after ordering online. I went in to pay cash. One tall cashier with glasses I never seen, seems like he is new took my 20 dollar bill. He scatters my change all on the counter, went through all the ones and try to give me a $1.00 bill part of my change that was taped like it was torn in half. I ask him if he can give me another $1.00 that this money was torn. He acted like he was offended and was ticked. He gave me another dollar put it on the counter then walked away. So then I looked at my change and seen there was a Canadian coin. I ask if he can give me a coin because this was Canadian. Something told me to get my phone because something was about to happen. I checked my order. I ordered one parmasean bite it was fine. My pizza had a hole in it and it wasn't cut into square cut. So I ask the guy to call the manager. The manager Dylan came and already had his guard up. I told him I tried. There's a hole in my pizza and my pizza isn't square cut. I just want my money back. I told him about how his cashier try to give me a torn dollar bill unpurpose because he sort through all the other dollar bills and gave it to me and Canadian money. He then yells and tells me that the money wasn't a big deal and I just had an attitude about nothing and that he spends torn dollars anywhere else and it's fine. I told him that's not always the case. I won't be able to even insert the money into an ATM and banks won't except torn money from my experience Interrupting me he said I am the owner of this store, this is my store and told me to get out have a great night. I ask him for his boss he said he don't have a boss. I told him he is not to talk to me like that. I don't see your name on the store then he proceeds to act like he wasn't going to give me my money back. I told him here is the change and give me my money back. Then I picked up my phone and started recording. He is on the video stating that he is the owner. He kept shouting 1-800 dominos 3 or 4x. Police came then Dylan screams at me how dare you record minors. The officer had to tell him to stop talking to me. As if there's no camera in the store. They both quickly play victim. 0 stars and dominos better call me because they will hear from me first thing Monday. Dylan was unprofessional and need to be fired. We placed an order over a week ago. Julie store Mgr and 1 driver working. I placed my $50 order about 830pm. 11pm we call no order. Julie says the order was delivered. We said no. She repeated we were wrong order was delivered. Back and forth. Both sides heated. She said I will try to contact driver. We say we want are food now redone and hot. She said no she would contact driver. I said this is bs. She said order somewhere else and hung up. My husband immediately got in the car went, she apologizes she's on alone. Made our meal. Explains driver texted us Road was blocked (not true) couldn't deliver. Many road access to this apartment complex. My husband said she said we would get a free pizza for next order. Went to place order tonight no free pizza. Julie says it was either or. Make it fresh or get a credit for the food we ordered. The worst customer service EVER!!!!!. This is the worst pizza store ever I called for 10 min No one answered so I went to the store there was 4 employes the phone started to ring again no one even bothered, I got the manager's spacial for 9.99 I end up paying 13 dollars because I wanted the white sauce so I waited for over 30 min to get my pizza and it was red sauce instead of the white one and green paper instead of the banana papers so I told them they said they were sorry offered to remake it for me it's only gonna take 5 min and here I am waiting for 40 min and again they missed up again and gave me green pepper at this point am mad because i don't want to wait again for another hour so i leave I get home and we ate me and my family less than 30 min my daughter start throwing up, she got food poisoning and I'm stuck laying here with a upset stomach and diarrhea. oh I forgot to mention the lady was handling cash and cards bare hands and immediately went to preping the dough and pizzas she didn't even wash her hands which against the health code I will make sure am gonna call the city and never step a foot here again even if it was free keep your bad employees, bad pizza, by the way i came to the store at 08:30 just in case if you want to check your camaras which I highly doubt that...
