Geek Squad — Local services in Greeley

If I could give zero stars I would. Was givin an appointment after being referred to the geek squad by Tmobile. I explained that my phone was powered up, but screen was black. I needed to transfer the data or mirror the phone with my new exact model phone. The gentleman who made the appointment said it was indeed possible. When I arrived to the appointment the young lady was very rude and flat out said it wasn't possible. I asked her why the gentleman that scheduled the appointment said it was. She said " they" are under the impression that your screen is good. "They"being one of her very own. I insisted by telling her basically how to do her job by connecting the phone to their screen as a remote screen. She still very rudely refused and said it would only show a locked screen. I told her my screen doesn't even have a lock on it and she said, well still. I was like, look it's worth alot to me to try. She pretended to try by plugging it in to a screen that didn't appear to be powered up and quickly disconnected it and said, see it don't work. Lousy b!@€# put zero value in my data. This is a 0 Star review! Purchased a Ring security system for our main house in Grand Junction, CO. The entire experience from the GJ team was amazing. Decided to get a system for the mobile home I work out of when in Greeley. The entire experience from the Greeley team was a nightmare! Still trying to get it resolved. I did a computer drawing of our house which showed placement of each device, listed device, and summed up the total of all devices listed. The sales rep that came to our house said he wished everyone did this! 3 times I asked him before paying for the system in advance if everything we wanted was included in the price. 3 times we were told yes! Well day 1 of install. They had us go to the Loveland store and pick up solar panels so they would be there for the install. They ordered the wrong ones. They were rude when we told them we paid for a ringer for the ring doorbell? There was 1 camera missing and one motion detector missing. Worst company I have ever dealt with!! Made a claim to get my replacement phone. Paid the $250 deductible just to receive the wrong phone. When I called in and spoke to a manager they sent me to best buy to exchange the phone for the correct one. Spent 2 hours there just for them to tell me they wouldn't be able to exchange it and they were going to send me a return shipping label. I sent the phone back and a week later I'm still waiting on my phone it's been 3 weeks since the claim has been started. Every single time I call in they give me incorrect information and deny me the opportunity to speak to a manager. If there was an option for negative stars that's what this company would have. I'll never deal with them again. I would never recommend anyone else to even waste there money on this poorly...
