I was a past employee, I didn’t mind working there but some of the management was terrible! Also be very careful when ordering food, when I worked there the back break room and just the back of the store in general was always swarmed with flies. During the summer time the air conditioning never worked and we couldn’t open windows due to flies coming in. It was super hot in there especially around the grill, and fans weren’t brought in until summer was already almost done with. When I tried addressing a problem either with management or a machine, it wouldn’t be fixed. I’ll bet their McFlurry machine is still broken from when I quit in September. One of the managers, which I’m not sure if she still works there but her name was Jessica and she was my least favorite manager. Whenever a customer complained to her, she’d argue back with them, or whenever she’d get an order wrong she’d blame it on me or another employee. And when I was training on cash register, she’d take over for me and just have me mop floors, and take out the trash. EVERY TIME. And the orange juice machine had fruit bugs inside of it, and when someone ordered an orange juice, the employees would simply pick out the bugs...
Read moreI went to this location at 10 pm on a Wednesday on my way home from work, and left half an hour later with a headache and only most of my order. After spending 10 minutes in the second ordering lane watching them clear out only the other speaker, I finally just go to the window to order my food, letting the employee know that I thought they had closed one of their order stations. After paying 20 dollars for 2 quarter pounders, I had to wait another 20 minutes for them to give me my food. They were out of all soda for some reason and said they would sell me Powerade, but then said they had literal drops of the syrup left. I tell them to skip it so I can leave faster, they give me my food, and I mistakenly don't double check them, resulting in me only having one of my fries. I'm pretty sure a manager handed me my order, how do you not check that as a manager?? Just a complete and total failure of a service- they were definitely getting business, but I don't understand how so much could go wrong when all the equipment is automated. My girlfriend didn't even eat her burger. I don't think one single thing went right, and I legitimately questioned whether the food this team...
Read moreWe understand there is a staff shortage but the service we received was the worst I ever had and all the employees attitudes were incredibly rude and nasty. We waited for our food for about 20 mins before we went up to ask for our food. The entire drive thru was completely emptied out. They then just told me to enter my credit card again. When I asked her why she stated she was giving us our refund that we had asked for. We didn't ask for a refund. We told her no, we just want our food. When we asked for our drink cups she threw them down on the counter. It still took another 10-15 mins to get our food. She slammed our food on the counter and then when we were just responding to a text, since we were now late for an appointment, before grabbing it yelled at us, theres your food you wanted. I don't care how understaffed you are, there is no reason to treat paying customers the way we were treated. We were very kind up until our food was slammed down at us and the remarks were made. As we were leaving she was then yelling at other customers for getting their drink cups they paid for and accused them...
