Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Greeley

I’d like to say I love Tropical Smoothie Cafe. I’ve been to multiple locations. The one in Greeley however keeps messing up.

The last time I was there, I used my saved reward points in store. Instead I got charged twice. Interesting enough the amount charged twice wasn’t the same amount. I went back in the store and although the girl was super friendly she could not remove the extra charge or give me my points back. She told me that her manager would fix it later, I left as a trusting customer. I never received the money I was charged extra for.

Today, although simple, ordered on the app for pickup. I ordered Lime straws with my drinks and got strawberry flavored straws. Like I said I love these smoothies but it’s...

I love this place!!! The cheerful staff are always quick getting orders out even during the lunch rush! They remember my order and always welcome me and thank me for coming. Aside from the delicious smoothies, the staff keeps me coming back. P.s. is you want a switch up to the ordinary chicken sandwich try the chicken bacon ranch flat bread it’s Scrumptious!! Why is this place closed? When are you reopening? You said “soon” over 3 months ago on a different review. Can we get a time frame on when you’re going to reopen and a reason for the closure?

Edit: it has now been over 6 months since they said they were going to be back “soon” and I went by the area of the location yesterday and the company sign is no longer there and the space is open for lease. They ain’t coming...
