Arby's — Restaurant in Greenfield

Pulled in late on way home and ordered 2 meals, order was filled quickly, paid and took meal home. Sat down and begin eating my Chicken sandwich and noticed how over cooked out was because the outside of the chicken was pretty dark brown as it must have cooked too long or was under a heat lap top long. Went to bed, awoke in the middle of the nite with a upset stomach, had to use Pepto Bismo!!! Don't order just before closing time, not a good idea, wish I hadn't!!! This time we came in at lunch time & placed our order & went inside to sit. Ordered and when it was picked up checked and was cooked way better, not over cooked chicken sandwich. But asked for mayo & bbq sauce and there was literally 1 spot the size of a quarter of mayo on one side, the other side had bbq sauce spot the size of a silver dollar, went to to ask for more after showing the manager who helped me and she said come on really to her self shaking her head and hollered back to the cook asking if she forgot to put mayo & bbq sauce on it & the cook answered yes she did put them on it. I thought to myself really, instead of letting her have it to add more I just asked the manager if she had packets and if out it in myself!!! She obliged me. Other wise it was ok, the manager was awesome...

I have no idea what was wrong with them this visit. When we entered, there was no one standing at the counters to order, but several people were just... staring at us.

There was some guy in the back that would wash his hands while staring at us, then walk to the back again. Then a minute later, come back and way his hands again, and stare at us some more.

We could also see people staring at us from behind the cooking station, and a couple people even came to the front with their backs turned and left without a word. Even a simple "We'll be with you in a minute" or something similar would have made it waaaay less awkward and creepy. But no, not one person acknowledged us, outside of the staring.

Needless to say, it didn't make us feel welcome, lol. We stood there for five minutes before deciding to go...

They get 3 stars because the food is good but the service is horrible. I went there and the drive thru was packed so I went in. Going inside only allowed me to see why the drive thru was a mess. The confusion between the employees was unbelievable. They were handing out the wrong orders to people, bumping into each other to fill one order, asking over and over "what's this sandwich for?". There was a manager who didn't seem to care at all about the chaos happening. All we ordered was a shake and we waited about 30 minutes. Customers came in and waited no less than 5 minutes to get their order taken. There was a guy cleaning tables that were closed off so nobody was allowed to even sit there but other tables being used that were dirty. I normally don't have any issues at Arby's but this time...
