OKYTO HIBACHI EXPRESS — Restaurant in Greensboro

I ordered hibachi chicken to go and requested hibachi sauce. Once my order was ready, I proceeded to walk out the door but looked in the bag to see if the sauce had been placed in the bag, it wasn’t. I walked back to the counter and asked the cashier if the sauce was placed in the bag and she said yes. I get ALL THE WAY home and guess what? No sauce. I personally can’t eat the food without white sauce. I was upset. I called to let the cashier know what had happened and told her that I would be back on that side of town later in the day and requested a new tray as well as the sauce. She said okay fine. When I get there, it’s a different cashier. I explained to her what had happened (as another lady approached) and the phone call that was made. They looked hesitant and proceeded to go to the back speaking in a different language. A few minutes later, one of the ladies came back with the tray opened implying that I had eaten the food. I was furious at this point. How dare you insinuate that I drove miles across town, ate some of the food and then drove all the way back across town just to request a fresh order. I demanded my money back. Never have I ever experienced such bad customer service. I will not...

This is my favorite "express" hibachi style restaurant! Compared to other restaurants of its kind, the quality of the food is like a "cook at your table" hibachi restaurant. I've tried a lot of the express style hibachi restaurants in Greensboro and none compare to the food quality here. For dinner only, they also have noodles which are amazing! The filet is definitely filet , you can tell where other restaurants of its kind the filet is questionable. The shrimp are big and quality shrimp unlike others where they seem to be small frozen shrimp, you can just tell the difference. If you want "sit down, cook at your table" quality Japanese hibachi food without having to do so and spend $50 a person, this is the place to go! Excellent! Always getting their orders right too....

The store was surprisingly nice and clean. They have plenty of seating and the atmosphere temperature was great. The staff were friendly. The drink machine was clean and the setup was too. I’d recommend they put napkins near the drink area and not just on the tables. A trash can of some sort as well. The food..I don’t typically eat hibachi because it’s not that good i guess from where I’ve been before. OKYTO, I will most definitely eat from here again!!
