This location is consistently bad. If you plan on ordering ahead online, don't. They do not prioritize online orders and are consistently short staffed, so your order will be out at least 25 - 30 minutes late, every time. You are better off going in and through the line, but this location is always slammed with customers, so it'll take just as long. Having emailed Cava corporate about this issue on multiple occasions over the past year, they are clearly aware of the problems, but have zero desire to do anything to resolve it, such as increase staffing or limit order inflow to increase efficiency. They would rather just give you a refund and say "oops, w'ere sorry."

In the mean time, Cava's prices have increased due to "inflation" but yet the service and the food quality keep getting worse, and of course their employee wages have not increased. Due to the short staffing and employees being overtaxed, the food is consistently overcooked or burned; not to mention the same employees responsible for preparing online orders are also responsible for cooking food for the line and the entire restaurant. No wonder they can't keep up.

Uppity places like this will be the last to affected by consumer cut back, but eventually people will start voting with their wallets. Hopefully the degradations in service will catch up to them and consumers will take notice and go elsewhere. Make...

This cava off of Wendover is the best cava I’ve ever been too! I walked in and the atmosphere is so nice, I was greeted before I even came up to order, it smells amazing and everything is so clean from the service line to the dining room to the bathrooms. I was enthusiastic about eating here (as I am every time I eat at cava) and I received enthusiasm back from all the employees, they were so nice. I could hear them thanking the grill cook when she put chips on the counter and even the general manager encouraging her team by telling them great job. I was so blown away by this service I asked to speak to the manager when an employee was coming around to check on those of us dining in. To my surprise, she was the general manager(who I recognized from giving her team props)! When I gave my praise on herself and the team and the store, all she said was she couldn’t do it without her team. I haven’t seen this level of care, cleanliness, or customer service in a long time. To whoever is in charge of Cava, you have an amazing store here and I hope Mackenzie(the general manager) and the rest of her team are being recognized for not just doing their job but excelling at it!!!
