Logan's Roadhouse — Restaurant in Greensboro

WORST EXPERINECE I HAVE EVER HAD AT A RESTURANT!! ZERO STARS!

We ate here last night as a small celebration dinner, we have just moved here recently and thought we would give this place a shot, not expecting it to be fancy or high end, but at least decent. We frequented Longhorn Steakhouse in Arizona, and it was always great, and figured this would be something similar. We were greeted at the door by very friendly staff and there was a great atmosphere in the restaurant as well. However things quickly took a turn, our waitress, I will just leave the first letters of her name as to not publicly shame her, but at least so the managers can know who it is -"La", working at 730pm last night, March 23 waiting the booths in the middle section of the far right of the resturant.

When "La" sat us down, rather than asking can I take your order or something you normally hear, she simply gave us a "what chu want" made zero eye contact, and because she was acting so unprofessional and like she had zero interest in doing her job, she couldn't hear us during our order, and replied every time with a very rude "Huuuuuhhh?" She never came back to ask if we needed anything, another drink, or just simply to ask how is the food? The other tables she had we noticed were all looking around dumbfounded every time they interacted with her and whispering about how bad she was as well. She brought others in to the seating area she was working, and just walked away without showing them which table to sit at. They stood their confused and had to wait until she walked back around to flag her down and ask where she wanted them to sit. We could see all the other wait staff who were completely professional and doing a great job with their customers. "La" seemed like she absolutely hated her job and could care less if she was there or not and certainly did not care about her customers. I have never in my entire life had a worse server.....EVER!

On to the food- Ordered a 16oz ribeye ( not cheap) with mac and cheese. When the food came out, I had to ask if this was the ribeye!? It was the saddest, flattest, flavorless stake I have ever had. Ordered medium rare, and it was absolutely charred and overcooked beyond just a small mistake. The mac and cheese was absolutely disgusting, it tasted like watery cheese mix with maybe 15 small noodles and no flavor what so ever. I have had better mac and cheese that was a no name brand bought from the grocery store for 79 cents.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Regardless of the absolutely horrible food, "La" really put it over the top to make it a horrible dining experience and I will NEVER return to this restaurant and advise others to avoid it as well. Do yourself a favor and go to Longhorn or one of the others if your looking for this type of mid level steakhouse, where the prices are the same and the food and staff is 100x better.

ZERO STARS- "LA" should NOT be a server...

Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at Logan’s. As a waitress myself I get things can be hectic and out of your control and can be a little more understanding when things aren’t perfect. That being said, there is ZERO reason to spend 2 hours at a place and ending up only having ate a salad. Our waitress could hardly be found, she was constantly running out to her car to be on her phone (actually saw her do it as we were leaving). Literally everyone else but her was actually bringing us things to our table. I ordered a steak medium. It came out and was rare. It was sent back and returned exactly the same. Was still rare and sent back again. It was then brought out again by the manager completely burnt (with zero pink in it). At that point I simply asked for a new steak to be made medium well. She said okay and as she took the steak away said “at least you’ve made my dog happy”. After waiting for my new steak to be brought back to me, this now being the 4th time steak has been brought to the table, we’ve now been here 2 hours (my husbands completely done eating by this point). The same female manager returns with the steak and watches me cut into it. It also had ZERO pink in it, was nothing but pure fat and was beyond tough to cut into. Her EXACT words were “oh no, that steak looks worse then the first one. It’s probably an aged steak. We’ve already taken it off the bill though so it’s free, do you want to just try it? Or does it not having any pink actually matter?” At this point we were beyond fed up, we grabbed our things and left. My husband decided to go back in and asked to speak with both managers (the male who was very friendly and kind and apologetic) and then the female who refused to speak to my husband but watched while he spoke with the other manager. To have a manager speak to anyone the way she did with the sarcastic comments she made was entirely unprofessional and with making those comments and then refusing to speak to a customer, she surely shouldn’t be in that position whatsoever. It’s disappointing because we loved Logan’s and have came there for a while but we definitely...

This was a very horrible experience! My husband and I took our 2 year old for dinner and it was definitely not worth it. We had a gift card we used and I would definitely not use my own money here!

Once we sat down, we never saw our waitress we were told would take our table. Some other girl ended up getting our drinks and everything about 15 minutes later. Never knew her name but she was nice enough. At first we overlooked waiting for a while before she took our order and brought us our beers because she looked incredibly busy. But half an hour later she finally takes our order. We sat down around 6 but didn't get our food until about 7:30 and needless to say, our 2 yr old was getting extremely antsy. They switched my steak and my husband's (rare and medium rare) which they weren't even done right. They obviously put the food under a heat lamp before they brought it out to us because the shrimp was extremely overcooked. Except for one which my husband said was undercooked. The steak was very bland and the shrimp was too lemony. Fortunately my son's chicken was cooked well or I would have gotten very mad! We had to ask for drink refills several times, they never asked us. She didn't even offer us to go drinks.

Unfortunately we still have some money on the gift card or we would never come back. But we will definitely wait a while until maybe they get some better workers.

Don't come here unless you like bland/overcooked food and have nothing...
