I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the service I received at one of your McDonald’s locations today at approximately 1:05 p.m. I sat at the drive-thru speaker for about 10 minutes without being acknowledged, while the other lane was moving smoothly. When I finally said “hello,” the employee responded and asked for my order. I gave her my mobile code, but she went silent. After another five minutes, I asked again, and she repeated, “Can I take your order?” as if we hadn’t already interacted. It felt like she didn’t want to be there at all. I assumed maybe she couldn’t hear me clearly, so I drove to the first window to clarify. Instead of helping, she instructed me to go to the second window, where food is typically picked up. When I arrived, they tried to hand me food I hadn’t ordered. I explained that I hadn't been able to order yet. At this point, a tall Black male manager approached and told me I should have stopped at the first window. I explained that I did, and that the employee told me to move forward. Shockingly, she denied this and accused me of skipping the line. I was stunned. I confronted her about lying, because we clearly saw and spoke to each other. Rather than addressing the lie, the manager sided with her and treated me like I was in the wrong. It was insulting, humiliating, and completely unprofessional. I ended up waiting 30 minutes in total, and to be honest, I’ve never felt so disrespected by a brand I’ve supported for years. This situation could easily be verified with drive-thru camera footage, and I strongly urge corporate to review it. Employees lying to customers and managers enabling this behavior is absolutely unacceptable.I mean this little girl was yelling and pointing her fingers at me like she wanted to get physical. The black tall manager told her to go back as he rolled his eyes. I wish I was...
Read moreManagers at this location used a male employee to follow-intimidate a woman to the woman's restroom on January 30, 2025 5:40PM-5:58PM. The male employee barricaded himself at the women's restroom door while the woman was inside of the restroom in a bathroom stall using it. Then she washed her hands and as she had her back turned drying her hands he was still behind her inside the door way blocking. Watching the woman-customer inside of the restroom. WHICH IS A MAJOR VIOLATION TO ALL WOMAN. THAT MAN NEEDS TO BE ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE DOOR CLOSED. WAITING FOR THE WOMEN CUSTOMERS TO COME OUT OF THE WOMEN'S RESTROOM. YOU JUST Don't BARGE YOUR WAY IN. THAT IS VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND DANGEROUS TO WOMEN. The woman-customer face filled with concern for what just happen. She went up to the counter to tell the manager. The manager looked as if he was gloating with laughter about what had happened to her. Then he act like he was getting annoyed with the woman and started speaking with an attitude. The woman-customer is in the right to speak up about that. The manager played like he was trying to communicate to the male employee and at the same time he act like he was getting an attitude again with the woman customer for speaking up and reporting the incident. The managers here don't care about women and children's customer safety. I can tell it bothered the woman. She didn't order she just left the restaurant because of that. The men here are disrespectful to women and need to repremended and re-train. Because that could end up in a lawsuit. That poor woman customer was so creep out about that. That look on her...
Read moreI'm tired of them grabbing my sandwich when it comes up and putting it in the Drive-Thru bag to fill their order and I stand there, and stand there, and stand there, until everyone is served in the dining area where I'm standing waiting for my bag and my cup of coffee which is inconsistent from day to day. Sometimes it's too hot to drink and you can't touch it until after you eat your meal because as we all know if you don't eat your food right away it tastes like crap. I think they give you two and a half minutes to eat an order of fries otherwise they're no good ,,, statistically speaking. Sometimes it's warm, taste bitter, ECT...
I cut back on McDonald's food and started losing weight cut back on how much coffee I take in every day I cut back on this I cut back on that now I'm cutting back totally on this location I will never step foot in this store other than use the bathroom which I'll do whenever I feel the urge. . . 😆 Have a great day. In addition to: When they address an issue that you have, it's always the same old thing. There's always a reason why they overlooked , (or you can believe the lie) to fill the order for the drive-thru. Take notice of the timers on the drive through. That's what the crew leaders watching, AKA Shift manager. . .
And don't get me started on how filthy this location is. They should be ashamed of themselves. They need to close the restaurant and have it professionally cleaned and sanitized. IT'S...
