I’ve been to this location 3 times the past 4 days, because I am a diehard PSL fan and look forward to it every year on top of being a teacher and needed a bright spot in chaos we are in right now. Every single visit has been a HUGE disappointment. 2/3 times I went in the store. The first day I was there at least 5 baristas were standing around and goofing off with the fedex guy and convinced him to put a package back on his truck so they wouldn’t have to be responsible for it on their shift. It was pure chaos with maybe 3-4 baristas actually doing all the work while the others goofed off and avoided work. And the drink was not worth the trouble. On my second trip, a day later, I decided to avoid the frustration inside and placed a mobile order in the drive-thru, they handed me my drink and I rushed back to work, only to find it was incorrect AND it was missing the PSL topping. The third and final trip my sister wanted us to go get Starbucks together. So, I went with her and warned her this location had been lacking my previous two visits. We went inside. Ordered Pumpkin Cream Cold brews. The baristas making the drinks had attitude to start with. They made my sisters drink, it was missing the topping. But I noticed the mobile orders sitting on the counter had topping. As they were finishing my drink, I saw she was about to put the lid on with now topping. This would been my third trip with an incorrect or half done order. I kindly asked her if I could get the topping. She huffed and rolled her eyes, grabbed the shaker and flung it all on the counter and barely getting on my drink, slammed the lid on and then shoved the drink at me all while I was saying, “Thank you.” And being treated like I, a paying customer, was a problem. This is NOT the business I used to love. And I’m very disappointed by the continued disappointment this store has been. Read moreFunny story… this morning I stopped by this location for the third morning in a row, and I was advised that “we don’t make that drink at this location”, despite having ordered it the last two mornings. When I advised the drive-thru attendant of this, she added that if I wanted it hot, there would be an upcharge??? SO STARBUCKS IS UPCHARGING FOR HOT COFFEE NOW???
Instead of arguing, I just said “fine”, and got my coffee. And after all that, my coffee was WRONG 😑. It was loaded with cinnamon (???), and I am certain that it did not have the extra shot I requested.
For the record, I ordered a “venti quad Brown Sugar Latte with blonde espresso and oat milk. There’s no cinnamon in that drink.
To the management… take the argumentative newbies away from your drive-thru window. Your attendant this morning was combative and rude, and incredibly misinformed on the products you sell. I will not be visiting your location anymore, as there are too many options out there for me to have to argue about what I want, and then still get the wrong thing. Do better. Fire the bad...

They have parking on both sides of the building, but if you park on the “wrong” side -there’s no access to the store! you have to walk all the way around the other side. You cannot even access the patio. It’s also closed off. They have two toilets, one broken & has been for a long time. It’s literally nothing but an unhooked toilet chain, but they can’t fix it then, once inside, you push a button & turns green or red & that’s only protection from the outside. There is no one from the outside, whether the bathroom is occupied or not so you have to punch in this six digit code in order to find out if somebody’s inside ? How do you get into the bathroom? there’s an access code, @the cashiers table =5 digit code, followed by the hashmark. You have to push it over and over again into the door to see if...
