McDonald's — Restaurant in Greenwich Township

Worst McDonald's in the country, bad food , dirty , totally disrespectful management. I highly recommend not visiting this place.. Gave them another chance, if possible it was actually worse. My chicken sandwich ( I bit it) was returned as the cheese I paid for was missing, was taken over the counter, into the back, and returned the same way with a slice of cheese in a Mcnuggets box. Manager could not possibly be any more disrespectful, she needs to be replaced Board of Health will see them On Oct 21st, and hopefully correct all their unacceptable behaviors gave their other location on 22 a chance, was even worse. Corporate should take both franchises away... horrible customer service.and once again, 5/30, order was wrong. Supposed manager need to be fired immediately, she couldn't be more disrespectful..get rid of her..as an update, tried them again today 9/6 same nonsense , order wrong, dried out food, stale bun. Yesterday I paid $11.16 for food and all they gave me was a medium fries. This place should be shut down...it's pathetic. Tried them again today,, even worse. Extraordinarily nasty manager. So out of complaint stupidity, I tried them again today 11-5. I didn't think it was possible for them to get worse, but they did.all 3 of my orders were incorrect. The manager couldn't possibly be anymore rude. They need to fire her immediately. Just tried them again. Even worse...stay away...

Honestly speaking, great store when it comes to cleanliness, location, and overall appearance. I had an experience last night that is haunting me. I went there to use the restroom on my way to poconos mountains. The lady on the front dest, did not say hi or anything just noticed me. I went asked hey how are you? She did not reply so I went on "MAY I HAVE A MEDIUM COFFEE PLEASE?" she asked what to put in there and I said it. After I ordered I said thank you couple of times not a single time she replied. Then she went on to make my coffee. When she came back i said thank you one more time, which she did not response. I was kinda desperate to hear her say "Welcome" . In total I thanked her 6 times, out of which 4 times genuinely then 2 times just to hear you are welcome. Unfortunately I was not lucky enough. I couldn't make sense out of it, was it my brown skin color? Muslim looks? Or what was it. Next customer couple was greeted by her so warmly. I am from NYC and not used to getting treated like that. Usually I wouldn't have cared and move on, but it was such a special road trip I was on and was in a wonderful mode, away from busy city and work. That little scene got me upset.

Isn't it considered "not professional" in hospitality business. Whatever, my next stop was shop rite right behind the place and everyone was wonderful and cashier lady...

Last three times I have order from them or gone in person:

1. Ordered delivery and it took over 90 minutes and the food was completely ice cold

2. Ate in but they were out of Ketchup which is something they should never be out of in the middle of the day (IMO). It also took them over 10 minutes to figure out how to apply a coupon.

3. Tried to order delivery again today and 30 minutes after ordering (and showing the driver was already at the restaurant to pick up the food) the order was cancelled because some item was out. Not sure why it took them 30 minutes to realize this and it would have been better to call and let me know what was out and maybe just refund that single item (e.g., if it was the milkshake I would've still gotten the rest of the food).

It seems each time I try to get food from them, the experience is worse than the time before. After three bad experiences in a row, I will definitely never get food...
