Three times now I have gone to this location off Belleview in the evening and had an absolutely terrible experience. Tonight took the cake. Every time I go somewhere around 9PM they already have all the seating stacked up and the air conditioner Blasting. Just for fun, I brought my room thermometer and it was 59 degrees. Do they do this to keep people from eating inside? Maybe they do it to make the owner have to pay $1000 or more a month in energy bills... Not sure. The vibe of the staff is Lord Of The Flies, I'm not kidding, it's like nobody has been trained, nobody is in charge, there is an air of complete malaise and they treat customers like they are a nuisance. There is one woman in particular, who appears to be the manager that is beyond rude. She rolls her eyes and is visibly annoyed at everything. Never says hello. Never. The rest of the staff is miserable, unfriendly and need to be trained on how to say hello as well. How to look at customers and how to talk to them. They should also be trained on how to make tacos. If I order veggie tacos and I'm not getting meat or peppers, then perhaps more than 10 strands of rice and 5 beans is necessary. They get frustrated when I point this out. The worst part tonight was the BROWN guacamole, as you can see in the photo. I asked if there was any fresh and she said nothing and just shook her head NO. 3 times is my limit, I will...
Read moreI guess these restaurants vary.... i had an amazi g chicken burrito at o e restaurant near here so i tried it again at thus reataursnt and their sour cream is always tastes spoiled, they nwver ever give much chicken and i spend a good 11 13 bucks for one burrito. Its like esti g a rice and bean burrito, i do not taste any chicken. The employees do not want my business, discrimmination for sure because other customers get friendly service.... i am very disappointed, i evwn askwd for the manager and a pink haired cashier said she is the manager.... i will not give this particular store any more of my hard earned business. Also, law enforcement should get a discount.... but they do not appear to like law enforcement. Food was bland. Service sucked, prices are always hugher than supposed to be, they do not tell ur what cheese is extra money and guacamole is extra, and corn is extra like 3 bucks extra...not worth it to me i can make better food at home. Pls. Save ypur money, and if you dont belive me, see for your own eyes and support those who at least makes you feel welcome....
Read moreI was just served at this Chipotle location, and I'm writing this review because the manager, cashier, and (I think) one other employee seem to think I was angry while at their establishment, but I was not. It seemed like the person taking my order didn't speak English as a first language, which is fine. I used to speak a little bit of Spanish, having grown up in Southern California. My Spanish is very broken, though. Perhaps this is why they perceived me to be angry. I said, "Gracias," to the person preparing my food, but somehow the manager and cashier thought I was angry. Maybe my assumption was wrong, and this person's native language isn't Spanish. If this is the case, I apologize for my error.
I also wear my hair in a very full Afro and I have dark skin. I hope this isn't why they perceived me as angry, but it's quite possible it is. Either way, this location is near my job, so it's convenient for me to stop in during breaks. Unless given a reason to be, I am not an angry person. And especially when visiting Chipotle, unless I cannot get food, I...
