I hope a manager reads this and coaches their staff to field incoming calls in a more appropriate way.

Bought my fiancé’s ring here, along with mine. Staff has been fine so far. Today I get a call at work about picking up a repair on one of the rings. I call back on my lunch break, they answered and hung up... I called back... they answered and put me on hold the next time without saying a word. So I waited a couple mins and Hangul. Before my break was over I called back again only to be answered and hear the phone slam down again without a “hello” or a “hold please.“ Not sure who taught you that’s a professional way to manage a ringing phone, but if you can’t answer it at the moment then just don’t? Why be so rude? Makes no sense. I know that my office phone at work can just be muted if I’m with a customer or something and can’t answer it at the moment, sounds more like someone just didn’t want to do their job and have to talk to someone...

If I could give a NEGATIVE Star review I would....most recently, I took a cherished bracelet in to be repaired, they overcharged me, but they did a poor repair job. THEY DAMAGED MY BRACELET BY TWISTING IT & IT HAS VISIBLE IMPRESSIONS FROM WHERE HE CLAMPED IT TOO HARD! They fixed what i asked them too, but ruined any value of it. I cannot wear it because the clasp does not even close all the way now. And if I tried to sell it, I would get no where close to what I would have before they ruined it. I took it to another store, where they told me it is not fixable....they have a lifetime guarantee if you purchased it from them, but do not back the the quality of their workmanship (which sucks!!) Had to GO through corporate to get resolution - GO TO...

This is the best and one of the only places in Gresham to get your watch fixed the watch repair dude knows what he's doing and will either fix the watch or tell you what's wrong with it if your watch is mechanical/automatic and has been demagnetized he can fix it however if it has something wrong with the internals or gears he will not be able to help you at that point you should just go to Swatch and call a manufacturer but if you have a quartz watch that's in need of repair or touching up I would definitely...
