Update: spoke with the manager Gwen. She apologized profusely for her employees actions. Offered for us to go back and get one on the house, unfortunately we were already back to Saucier. I trust her to address the situation and handle it accordingly. She was very professional and honestly a joy to talk to. I changed my rating on her behalf not his. The employee still gets one star but Gwen and her company itself get 5. Thank you Miss Gwen for being such a down to earth human.
