Good grief the music in the dining room was so loud it could ring your bell, hello.!!! I could not hear myself breathe and the order taker could not hear me as I was placing my order. When I left I could still hear, " It's Raining Men ! As well as Ring My Bell!! đ Another customer had his hands on his ears. This happened 03/18/2024@ 7 pm. The food had excellent taste ,but was thrown in a bag only. All alone, I'm thankful it had clothing and was at least covered or wrapped .
No condiments, just a dry chicken breast on a bun with one round of pickle . No napkins . Large fries warm from sitting under heat lamp , with no ketchup, or any sauce whatsoever , I guess I'm suppose to choke and wipe my hands and mouth on my shirt.
I get up from my table and go back to the counter to ask for napkins , ketchup, mayo and that wasn't easy I had to stand in line behind ten people. By the time I made it back to my table, my fries were really dead by then , ice cold . The chicken had took a Si' esta too .
Paying attention to your job and not just going through the motions will enable you to realize bags need napkins and food needs company or at least a friend like ketchup .
I really do hate to complain , but riding food costs not only hurt the stores pocket book , but it puts a big dent in the consumer' s wallets as well.
I love music anywhere at anytime and if all genres, but therenis a time and place to ' get down it's lol. Some people are sensitive to loudness , while others are hard of hearing . Maybe adjust the level to medium volume on order to the it down instead of busting someone's ear...
   Read moreI ordered a mobile pickup to save some time on my way home from a 12 hour shift. I got there at 6:40. Only ordered a mccrispy combo and a 6 PC nugget combo. They tell me to pull to a parking spot, no problem.They came out once and asked me what I ordered about 10 mins in. I sat there for 50 minutes. Multiple cars pulling in and out getting food on either side of me. So I went in to ask for a refund and she tells they can't do it in store and I'd have to do it through the app. Again, no problem. Except I waited 30 mins too late to ask for a refund and the customer service line is closed for the night, so no refund. My husband said they should be able to refund you or we should get the food. So he went in demanding some sort of compensation for how long I just sat there to not get food or a refund. The manager told him she wouldn't give us the food because it had been thrown away. I was confused at how it was thrown away if I didn't get it and was told I refused the food for a refund when I was never told she had the food ready when I asked for the refund. She then called the cops when I raised my voice about her trying to gas light me. The cops thought it was ridiculous. So anyway now I have no dinner, I'm an hour and a half later than I should be coming home, and still have not even begun the process of a refund. Worst in restaurant and online ordering experience ever. McDonald's has missed its mark...

When i got to the window she almost rung me up for the wrong food because she didnât repeat the order & she definitely didnât greet me. I got to the next window she didnât even acknowledge me she was on her phone. When she finally acknowledged me i was parked at spot #1 for 10 minutes after bringing me 2 separate wrong order, when my food was brought it was cold & missing sauces, i came in to ask for sauce, the girl on front counter was leaning on the counter on her phone, she had an attitude talking to other customers and myself, she definitely doesnât like her job & i feel so disrespected, because this store is just full of young teens who want the money but donât want to put in the work.
