This is the most poorly run and managed Arby's I ever had the misfortune to visit. Last week we sat in the same place at the end of the drive thru line and never moved even a foot for 10 minutes. So we left. On Monday, Aug 3 about 2 pm we decided to try again thinking that maybe it was a fluke, and given it was mid-afternoon and not lunchtime that maybe it would not be so busy and the line would move faster. Boy were we wrong! We (and everyone else) were in line waiting 30 minutes. We finally got up next to the window to check out and a woman walks up in front of us and everyone else in the drive thru and orders a huge amount of food. Her order itself took 10 minutes and it still wasn't ready so they finally asked her to go wait by the door for the manager to bring her the rest of the food. The drive thru attendant told us that we do not allow walk ups but took her anyway.
So, when we finally exited the drive thru with our food, I told the lady it was really not nice to barge in front of everyone who had to sit in line in their car waiting for 30 minutes. At this time, the so-called "manager" came out to deliver the rest of her food and told me not to tell the woman off and that they DO allow walk ups and they can barge in front of everyone else.
I told him that this was the most poorly managed Arby's I had ever seen. To which he told me to get out and never come back. Not to worry, Arby's in Gunnison will NEVER be on my radar to visit ever again. Unless you want to waste your afternoon waiting in line for Arby's food and then have the bonus of being treated miserably by the "manager" who obviously has no clue how to efficiently run a restaurant, I recommend...

My family and I came to eat yesterday afternoon. there was a gentleman with dreadlocks and another girl with short hair that look like her hair was over dyed. first, when my husband made the order and asked for a little bit more time, the girl with the over dyed hair kept responding every single time âyeaâ We asked for more time she replied âyeahâwe said we were ready for our order. She replied yeah every time we sent our order she again, replied âyeahâ. Honestly, my husband was laughing while giving his order because he was in disbelief. When we pulled up to the driveway, my husband had his car out the girl that kept saying âyeahâ Saw me and my husband and walked away while he had the car in his hand. I think my husband was in that window waiting for payment at least 10 minutes before the gentleman with the dreadlocks came and took payment and gave us our drinks.. we asked for a large we got a regular size of strawberry lemonade. I got my sandwich. It was pouring with sauce. I got the chicken bacon Swiss sandwich. The cheese was cold. The chicken was cold. They clearly did not want to serve us every time I look at Arbyâs I know now why no one is like never there I just had a guacamole burger from the power stop holy cow. I figured that was an exaggeration, but at the 20 min mark after I had ordered (5:14 pm), nobody had said a word about my order. I went up and asked about it and was told they were working on it right then. Stand there for another 5 mins as my blood sugar is absolutely bottoming out and Iâm on the verge of passing out in their lobby⌠âOh, sorry⌠weâre out of the sandwich you ordered.â Could SOMEBODY explain why I had to wait TWENTY FIVE MINUTES for somebody to tell me that? When they saw the online order pop up on their screen and KNEW they didnât have that sandwich that is VERY PROMINENTLY DISPLAYED on their app, why did they not call out my name, especially when I entered after the order was placed? Youâd think SOMEBODY would want to find that person and let them know so that they could make food for them. Nope. nobody cared.
