Blue Mesa Music is Class Act store!! I have never felt so welcome in store as I did with Blue Mesa. The staff and owner are all gifted musicians whom are passionate with their profession. Blue Mesa is a “come in, kick off your shoes and play a melody or two. My family sat, played a beautiful 12 string (purchased), deep, rich Cajone (purchased), rattle (purchased) and sang (owned) for well over an hour topped off by Amelia singing and playing a song for us. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, but not even a little pushy. Usually when you walk into a boutique guitar store, you feel like you have to make small talk with the owner and have to try to escape the encounter to actually look at things. They paid me just the right amount of attention, letting me browse and answering questions. They had no qualms with me playing a $300 squier (again, set-up AND in tune!) or the $4k vintage Martin casually hanging on the wall. Great place to spend some time...

Blue Mesa music store is hands down one of the finest music stores I’ve ever visited. All the guitars are set up perfectly and in tune. Matthew, Alden and all the other folks working here are amazing, welcoming people and they are always down to chat. They are incredibly knowledgeable and always willing to lend a helping hand.
