UPDATE: Good luck getting your correct order at this location.
Everyone deserves a 2nd chance. Messed up the order again, but this time I'm not even going to speak to a manager after my precious review/visit. I'm done playing "spin the wheel" just to see what doesn't end up in my order again. I am done giving money to this Mcdonald's just to not get what I ordered.
ORIGINAL: Food was purchased by General Manager of another restaurant to treat employees for their hard work.
Food was fresh and tasty. One item was forgotten to be placed in with the order. No big deal, things happen and no one is perfect. However, when I came into the store to get the missing item, things changed.
The employee working the counter was friendly and reported the oversight to the manager working the expediting position. A slight glance at me reported she wasn't happy with the issue. She was friendly to her employees with a tone that showed no ill towards them.
Her interaction with me was much much unprofessional. "Here's your nuggets" with a sneer and much changed voice from the one she had just been using to her coworkers. Then she quickly turned her back and walked away.
I don't feel comfortable in this McDonald's with Customer Service from a "leader" like that. Should I return to this location, no orders will be made with that manager running the shift. All it takes it that one rotten apple to destroy my confidence and feeling of safety with my food purchase.

Read moreThis place is a disgrace to restaurants in general and McDonald's in particular. My wife and I stopped in less than a week ago to get an afternoon snack while travelling through Colorado. First off, there was an employee sitting outside on the sidewalk directly behind the entrance door making it awkward to enter. She didn't move or speak when we squeezed past to go in. We decided to visit the restrooms before ordering and what a shock that was. In the Men's Room, both the urinals were taped off and marked "Out of Order". The only option was the toilet and it didn't flush! An afternoon of collected urine was enough to send me running out. It was nasty. The whole restroom was filthy with toilet paper everywhere. In the Women's restroom, my wife encountered a customer in a wheelchair who had no option as the handicap stall was closed off and marked "Out of Order". This restroom was also filthy. Back in the main restaurant, all the self-serve kiosks were out of service. When looking at the menu board, we saw that ice cream cones, McFlurries and milkshakes were still listed but had had been permanently marked off by hand. At this point, we decided to go elsewhere. I don’t normally say much about bad service in our town. And I know everyone has bad days. I also see, when I go to McDonald’s, how hard they are working and most the time thank them. This about how I was treated and nothing to do with the quality of their food. To start off in all fairness, there are always two sides to a store. I will take ownership of getting upset how I reacted to how I was disrespected. I am not going to say anybody’s names, but want to share what happen to me, to the best of my knowledge in short.
7:30am - Mobile order, choose to pick up in dining room. Wait for my order to be called. Many other people received their order, but I was still waiting. I inquired about my order. Manager was very short with me and told me they don’t have my order. Show them my order number and still treated badly. Ask why I am get treated like $h!t? My bad for cussing. Claimed down and tried to get my order resolved. Waiting longer thinking my order was put through, but no go. Called manager over and still was being disrespected.
