Arby's — Restaurant in Haines City

we went to get a pick up order, gave the name and everything and was told “it wasn’t here” and was at a nearby one. we drove down the street both ways and looked up on google. it wasn’t a thing? so we call through the app and ask them to read the address and tell us what’s around, it’s the SAME place and they had it just sitting there the entire time. so that was really nice. when we called they were at first being super weird saying “you said they told you to go there, why didn’t you go” - like questioning that it happened. why would i just make this up on the spot? we needed food and had another stop, which we ended up late for because of this.

we got our food, it was semi fresh because we pushed for it to be remade but god knows how long it sat after bc we had to drive 15 minutes back because again, they literally had it and said it wasn’t there. why didn’t they just check? wouldn’t it have been...

Firstly I'd like to say the food here is great compared to other fast food joints. I am from the UK and have never heard of Arby's so I took my family here for lunch, instead of going to Wendy's.

Atmosphere wise, we got a lot of stares at this branch from customers, as we stood out... I think they have never seen Indians 🇮🇳 before (with English accent), or don't like us in this area.

We didn't get a good vibe from the guy who took our order, who was more friendly with other customers after us.

We needed a take home bag, so I went to the counter to ask for one. The guy knew I was there but he took his time with other jobs and then walked to the back. I had to ask a lady for a paper bag, who at first was unfriendly, until I complimented her and their food then a smile appeared.

Bottom line, if you are like us 🇮🇳, then you need to make the workers here feel supreme to get some...

I love Arby’s, but this place just plain sucks. The first time I went I ordered the French Dip. It wasn’t until after that I found out that they didn’t have the Aju Sauce, they didn’t provide the courtesy of letting me know that they didn’t have any when I ordered it. It’s in the name! I gave them a 2nd chance and went again today. Turns out they don’t have Roast Beef, ookay. Basically one of the main ingredients in their entire menu. Fine. Cool. I ordered something else. On the last bite of my sandwich I got a damn HAIR! Not to mention that everyone we go to order they sound annoyed af of taking anyone’s order. Don’t work there and move along if you hate your job so much. Disgusting I will not be going to this location again, it’s not the restaurant, it’s the employees.
