It's Just Wings — Restaurant in Hamilton Township

Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the food here. The app clearly had been sitting on the hot table for awhile the cheese on the cheese fries had hardened. Within delivery of the app, the mains came before we had an opportunity to eat the second forkful of the app.The chicken crisper use to be delicious and was extremely salty and dried up. The new mango habanero sauce was barely on the strips. The manager took them and I never received anything else to eat. My son's pasta chicken dish was once again extremely salty. Ordered online: boneless wings, half buffalo, half garlic parmesan. Wings came in a single container with no divider, with every wing (including the garlic parmesan ones) covered in the Buffalo sauce. Chicken was very low quality that felt very strange to chew. There was a large bone in the boneless wings. The "ranch dressing" isn't real ranch, but a very thin and runny sauce that doesn't dip well and also doesn't taste all that much like ranch....

I've just tried to order food delivery from IJW on its app and, instead of refusing the order, the restaurant made me wait for nearly one full hour before it canceled the order. Then, when I try to call the order, all I get when I try to talk to someone at the restaurant, all I get is a goodbye message and that the number is no longer in use. TERRIBLE customer service.
