This place is staffed by the worst, most rude, least courteous people on earth.
I have never ever gotten into an argument with retail staff in my life until I went here.
The entire ordering process was a disaster. First we tried to add salami to a kids sandwich and were willing to pay for it. But were told “no we don’t do that” not “I’m sorry sorry we can’t make modifications. Or It will be an extra charge.” But “no we don’t do that”. Then we ordered a cheese steak from the grill. The response from the associate was “well that’s going to be at least 20 min because we are working with half a grill today. The other half is broken and there are already 3 orders ahead of you “ with an attitude that she was upset I even bothered to order a grill item. So we changed to two different subs. While I was ordering those new subs which we decided on the fly the cashier person was asking questions about the kids meals and if we were going to order drinks and chips. Of course it was my fault I can’t listen and answer two people at the same time. So I told her we want chips and a drink. This was not an option for a kids meal. So I said fine we’ll get extra chips then. She apparently never heard this and walked away to do something else. This led to issues at the end of our meal. We moved to the register when everything else was complete. A different person came to finish ringing us up. We placed everything in the tray. Paid the total with a credit card and walked to our table. After setting up our food I could not find one of the kid straws. So I went up to the counter and asked if could please have another kid straw. The reply I got was “I already gave you two” and I said. “Yeah I can’t find one of them” it doesn’t matter why I’m asking for one. There is no posted limit on how many straws I can have and I clearly needed another. There was no reason for the attitude.
But that’s not even the worst. At the end of the meal. After we had already paid and eaten all of our food I went up to ask for the cookies that came with our kids meals. Which are self serve. But we were never told that. When I showed them the receipt it showed they had run us up wrong (they never included the chips we ordered and placed on our food tray and showed the cashier during payment.) I said how about you keep the cookies and we’ll call it even. I walked away attempting to leave. Another associate decided this was not acceptable and called me back and told me we had to pay for the chips and was accusing me that it was my fault they were not included originally and that I owed them more money. Of course if I never showed them the receipt they wouldn’t have even known. I explained everything was on our tray. We already paid. If you make an error and the transaction closes it’s on you and your staff. The associate decided to argue with me and then told me and my wife who were obviously aggravated not to act in this manner in front of our children.
That was the end. I left a ten dollar bill on the counter and walked out.
This is the worst retail experience I have ever had.
I’m sure this is an anomaly and you won’t have the same experience but if there are people that work here that are capable of such a disaster in customer service you should rethink where you are spending your money.
I’ll be reaching out to corporate customer care and disputing the charges with my credit...

The pandemic is still a thing… it should be clean. The slicer was extremely dirty. We ordered an 8 which is ham and turkey and there was a piece of roast beef on it ? I understand it was semi near closing time but the pos looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. As well I was able to walk to the store while my friends ordered food & came back to our sandwich not even started yet. In reality we waited over 30 mins to get our sub started and finished. Read moresecond time coming to this location and was not impressed.I called and she told me 20 minutes so i got there in 20 minutes and the second sandwich was not even made yet so i had to wait even longer. it was completely dead in there so no reason for that. She was also making her co worker food while she made my sandwich which should have already been made. I also asked for extra mayo on the second sandwich since that hadn’t been made and she put a disgustingly amount of mayo on there to the point where i couldn’t even eat the sandwich like miss ma’am i didn’t ask for a mayo sandwich i just wanted more than regular.
