I am writing about the customer service I received not on the products themselves. I placed an order for in-store pickup. Since I was in the area and wanted to get ahead of the inclement weather, I wanted to pick up my items. However, because it wasn't showing up in the store's system, the representative was not releasing the candles, despite my having an order number and the purchase being deducted from my account. She told me to call Customer Service where I was advised that it was in the system but that the hold up was the notification not being sent.
