First off if you have been to a pizza parlor before this is like it, not restaurant style. Yes they only been open for two weeks and they need to work the kinks out. Manager is quick to resolve issues! The atmosphere and set up of the inside is really nice and works for the parlor style Guy was going for. But there are some cons tho unfortunately. The entrance/waiting area to the ordering area is way to small. They didnāt have any menus at hand to look at only on the wall, but was very hard to see everything behind people. We ordered a salad and asked if any modifications could be made or is it premade, if so then no worries. Was told by the shift leader mind you and the lady it could be done. Yeah later another lady said they couldnāt it was pre made. So that was annoying a bit. The salad was good non the less. (The Italian deli) Our pizza was really good and enjoyed it but for our Margarita Pizza it only had 3 small pieces of basil leaves on it and should have been cooked a lot longer. I just asked for more basil and ate the pizza anyways because it was good. The pizza stands are very weak. Our pizza slide right off it even if it was centered right. So we got rid of that. Didnāt complain about it. People behind us had to wait really long for there pizza before us. Like and hour at least but we got ours in 10-12 minutes plus salad. The angry customer didnāt help the situation of course but the way the waitress handled it wasnāt good. She had an attitude when said, did you just want the manager then. The manager was very Polite and took care of it so that was an A+ in my book. Good managing. :) The cook Had a bit of a attitude when I did, very politely, ask for more basil from the server. I was right out side the door like I canāt see or hear you itās just basil... Didnāt have any slices to try out today which wasnāt good cuz Iāve never been here so idk if I will like a whole 12ā or 18ā pizza. I understand yāall are working things out and stuff happens with newly opened places but just try staying a little bit calmer and get stuff out in a timely matter. Plus look at the amount of food to put on the pizzas compared fo the high prices you pay for being there. I hope it gets better and everything works out well in the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe place is better than the reviews. I think people go in expecting a lot because of the name and that's where the problem comes in. it's not traditional in it's set up. As soon as you walk in theres a counter where you order what you want, take your number and find a seat. You do not pay until you are ready to leave in case you choose to add anything on. You do not waive a waiter/waitress but people do bring your food and come and check on everything.
It is not a fancy place, but a comfortable one. It feels like it's been there for a long time like an old school pizza parlor. Its between PBR and Guy Fieris Dive which all share common outside seating on the deck/walkway which is nice. They have a good selection of pizzas which you can get in 2 sizes or by the slice, maybe 4 types of salads and three types of wings. On the tables they have everything you need set up for self service in bins/ containers - napkins, silverware, salt, pepper, menus if you want to add anything, etc. They will bring you some paper plates if you need a plate. There are also a handful of old school games, mortal combat, pinball, air hockey, skee ball that are all fairly priced.
We ended up adding the Bourbon Wings onto our order ( you have to go up to the bar to add anything after your initial order). They came fast and were exceptionally good. The pizza came after and was also really good. It has a very thin, floppy crust like a NY style which we prefer. It was pepperoni so it was pretty greasy but any good...

When I arrive my food was sitting on the counter...people were breathing all over it (at the bar). I came in 25 minutes like what I was told to by the order taker.I had to address the waiter about my order. I waited to get someone attention no one acknowledge Me.I instantly saw my order....I mention I didnt like people breathing over my food. I was very disappointed in the service, taste and quality of it all. I specifically stated how I wanted my food. My food was not what I ask for. They charge 3 dollars per slice pizza. I got two slices the first one was half cooked....the second one was burnt. My wings was dry barely any sauces on them. My fries was half cook. I ask for them to be crispy they were not crisp at all. I waited almost 55minutes ( had wait enough 20 mins to get disgusting food that was siiting on the counter) .The bartender was making drinks all the way on the other side . I had to go over and inform Him of my order.....However my order was sitting on the counter a bunch of people was breathing on it drinking standing over of it. I started to leave it there. Please remind staff about greeting customers, food prep and following special instructions it was a waste of my...
