Drive-through personnel was very rude. I gave her my order and i think she was talking to someone else in the store or just wasn’t paying attention to me. She kept giving me attitude for no reason. She then called me a “Motherf*cker” not realizing she had the mic on. I asked to speak to the manager. (Somehow she heard that loud and clear) she said no. I sad excuse me. I asked for the manager 3 more times before she put someone on who was definitely not the manager. I parked and went inside. They didn’t know what I was talking about so I guess she was trying to keep it quiet. I asked for the manager again. They said there is no manager. I explained to the lady at the front desk what happened. They obviously didn’t care. Terrible just terrible. Called corporate and they had me on hold for 10 minutes before an automated voice came back on and told me they were closed...
Read moreOnly allowed 2 coupons per car. Was disappointed since we went with our own family and 2 other friends. They could not use any coupons for them. Explain how smart that is Jack in the Box Managers or Corporate for that matter when COVID is going on, and no one is allowed in the restaurant? Meybe you should extend more coupons per vehicle, or not have a limit at all. Situations like this make myself and others not want to eat...
