La Michoacana plus Hanford,CA — Restaurant in Hanford

I was excited for this place. I got a Oreo popsicle, the gansito popsicle, and a large horchata. The popsicles were good except that by the time we paid for them they were melted (we did not have them in our hands the employee had put the popsicles up by the register and then told us to go to the checkout line and wait our turn) . As for the horchata…. It was not authentic at all it tasted like powder, too sweet and clearly not made from rice. For pre made horchata it was overpriced. The place is small and there is not a lot of room. The line to order and the checkout line is very unorganized there are no dividers and customers are literally on top of one another, and customers were confused as to were each line started. There is not enough seating, but even if you do sit down it is not enjoyable because customers are all up in your personal space. I have gone to other La Michoacana Plus locations and had a great experience, but this one...

I had went with my mom and an older lady that took our order must have been having a rough day. My mom had ordered and had a question on what exactly they put in the order. The older lady responded in a rude way. Making my mom feel dumb just for asking a simple question. I believe that if you work in places like this, you need to be respectful and helpful to customers. Not throw it out on others and not have an ugly, rude attitude and a face that seems as if you don't want...

The ice cream and stuff is probably delicious but I didn’t get the chance to try it. I went in got in line and then other people came in but just went in front of the ice cream and made there own line. I asked the employees if there is a line or do I just go up there, anywhere where there is room, they said no there is a line, but still went ti help the other people before me, so I left, the employee just asked the people infront of him instead of looking...
