I called the taco bell on lacey and 12th to ask about their freezer drinks, because alot of time their machines are down. I called and let it ring about 5 times. All of a sudden someone picked up the phone, but didn't say anything. I said hello, and they hung up I didn't even try calling back because if someone was rude enough to do that, they didn't really care about their customer service. I won't be going to that Taco Bell any longer. I'd rather drive across town and be treated with some kind of respect. With this covid going around these employees need to take a step back and be humble and realize that we're the reason they have their jobs right now! So...

The food is fast food so it's consistent and I know what I like... I love my nacho cheese chalupas and "Mexican" pizzas. I know what good, real, Mexican food is; No one who does goes to Taco Bell for that lol... it is what it is and sometimes that's what your stomach craves! I neither fight it nor pretend it's something it's not. That said, as 75% of other reviews state, the drive-through line wait times are incomprehensible. I'd love to know that it's cause everything is made to order but honestly it's no better than any other Taco Bell. I still wait in those damn lines though so I can't...
