Deli Delicious #121 - Hanford — Restaurant in Hanford

I did an online order because my daughter has been telling me this place is bomb, for dinner last night, II ordered 5 sandwiches, they were all good, but the 2 French dips my husband and I got were unacceptable, inedible, for a 75.00 bill and tip. I saw the photo and wanted one immediately and I do know they don't always look like the picture, BUT our sandwiches were literally 1 slice of beef and couldn't even see the cheese, it was there but like a tiny square. The meat needs to be as big as the sandwich, it was all bread. I'd actually like credit for those 2 French dips and will be going in to complain. I do THINK the subs with all the works are worth it, based on my daughters love & experience there. The bread was good. Fries are delicious. Cookies should be at least 2 per pack. Employees are great, but take pride in your sandwich art. Don't send out something you wouldn't eat and idc, but nobody would like the sandwich we got. Yall knew when making it, it's toooooo obvious to not see that you can't see the meat in the bread. It was buried in the bread. I thought they forgot to put the meat in em til w opened them and saw the disappointment. I wanted a French dip so bad too. I make em better....

I love all the Deli Delicious locations I've been too and have always enjoyed everything i got. I've been to one in Hanford twice, once about a week after they opened and then a couple days ago. The place is awful!! They are very skimpy on everything in the sandwiches, the bread is dry the tuna dry, all bad. The service is just as bad if not worse. The first time the young girl was rude as hell and disrespectful, roiling her eyes and gave the impression as F this place and me. The second time was the same, rude with an attitude. When I asked questions about the menu, she gave attitude, when my daughter mentioned what she did not want in her order she gave attitude. Both times were young girls, this last time may have been a short young filipina. This place is a joke. Never going back. I'll keep going to Jimmy John's. This store sucks the manager is rude and seems to always be taking out her anger on the employees she is as rude to her employees as she is to the customer super unprofessional me and my family ordered sandwich’s from there the bread was completely burnt my fries were under seasoned my sandwich was FALLING apart dirty as hell store inside and out not to mention the manager lady when I was there was being really rude to a young girl that was working there who I don’t think works there now hopefully because she didn’t deserve that anyway if you want good service and managers who aren’t constantly being rude to their customers and employees go to west coast sourdough they have better sandwich’s and better service will definitely not be coming back and i definitely recommend y’all choose somewhere else to spend your...
