Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Hanford

I would give it a -1 if it was possible! I have been here several times before because my kids like their pizza and their prices are reasonable. However, tonight I went there for a late night dinner and ordered three custom pizzas. We waited almost 45 minutes for our pizzas while everyone behind us got there pizzas and left. Then, I watched the cashier go from touching the register and money, and then she went back and started making pizzas WITHOUT washing her hands!😱😲😵 She did this around 6 different times while we were there! I was ABSOLUTELY disgusted by that in the first place. Next, after our pizzas were FINALLY done she gave me a free 2liter for a 45 minute wait. Then, once we get home and we were hungry and happy to finally get to eat; two of the three pizzas were just dough!! They weren't even a little brown and my kids took a bite out of their pizzas and said they didn't taste good at all!! I am BEYOND FURIOUS!! I would go back but they are already closed! So, I had to go find my kids something else to eat and they were VERY DISSAPOINTED & I was VERY DISSAPOINTED and UPSET that after waiting that WHOLE time for our food, that I STILL had to go find something else to eat!! The WORST part about ALL of this to me was the manager was RIGHT THERE and heard my concern without uttering a word or even an apology!! He was the person that made our pizzas in the FIRST PLACE!! TRUST me I WILL be making some calls in the morning!! Someone NEEDS to do something about this ASAP!! So, PLEASE I don't recommend that you go late at night and if you choose to go anyways, please make sure to watch the crew and make sure your pizza are made right and cooked fully!! One day in the far future I MAY give them a chance to redeem themselves but NO TIME SOON! I will keep you updated on what management does about this issue as soon as I talk...

They have allot off staff yet make you wait over 30 min for a suppose hot and ready. Also the floor is dirty and not just the lobby the floor where they make the pizza. The staff also eats on the same table they are preparing the food i think that is way too unsanitary while also staff works with out hats or hair net while they make food.i love there pizza but after visiting here and giving them more than 3 chances thinking that they had a bad day i will no longer visit here i rather pay more and get it from somewhere else. Sorry little Caesar's you lost me...

Nothing but bad experiences from both locations here in Hanford Ca!! So far the new one on Fargo and 11th has lost our phone order twice!! Now this is 2 seperate phone orders on different days! Therefore we have to wait 20 to 30 more after waiting in line for just as long! I suggest the company get more experienced people to work for them as opposed to teenagers with no experience! Little Caesars here in Hanford has lost our business for good!! Im sure others will also experience, and also take their business elsewhere!! Get it together...
