Marshalls — Local services in Hanford

Very happy to call this my "home store"! It's a clean location with such a variety that you could almost spend half of a day perusing through products. The associates are always maintaining the store; not a single associate has ever appeared to be standing around twiddling their thumbs.

I would particularly like to recognize Donovan. I have held three interactions with him while checking out, and every time has been a pleasant experience. He is always smiling, and politely asking about my day. He genuinely listens to the response and continues the conversation. He isn't robotic about his interactions like some other cashiers can often be when ringing up their guests. I find his kindness very refreshing, and believe he is a great example of how every associate should strive to be.

The store lost 1-star because the layout in the shoe section is a little funky; there is a column right in between two shoe aisles that is a major Fire Code violation. Please see to it that the layout of this department is rearranged to accommodate clearance in the event of...

If I could I would give it zero stars. My friend lost her phone in the store and we had search for it a while (unable to locate it at that moment), after having some friends locate it, it said the phone was near the front of the store. We had went up to the register three times asking if the phone was there and even provided a description of the phone and was told all three times by employees that no one has seen it. After being able to ping it we heard the phone coming from a drawer from the register. The same employees began acting clueless and said they didn’t know we were looking for a phone (after we searched for more then an hour in there). When my friend said “yes that’s the phone I’ve been looking for.”, she was given a dirty look. Very sketchy...

I like to shop at Marshall's. Addicted to kitchen gadgets and they have a lot of those. I also purchased discount Beauty Supplies like body lotion creams cleansers and what not. I also like that I got deals on makeup and lipstick. I like the new Matt style of lip gloss and they had it on sale for five bucks for $4. They have makeup for different skin tones you just have to search. This is my go-to place for fancy coffee. My kids messed up my frying pan and I bought a Cephalon cover a frying pan for 40 bucks. I could have gotten the whole set but it's great that I can just buy that one that I wanted or needed for now. I bought clothes for my son who's is young adult. And I bought things for the house and the kitchen....
