I paid the cashier with a $50 dollar bill. My order was $17.30 and she gave me back $2.30. I should have received $32.30. When I questioned what was going on they were absolutely no help. They refused to count down the register, stated there was no on site management, stated that location has no regional management, continuously said there was nothing they could do due to their position. They went as far as to state that protocol is $50 dollar bills and higher have to be verified with shift leads and management, but since she didn’t do that I must be wrong. They took my number and said I would receive a call in the morning (that never happened) and initially did not give me a receipt. Then in the process of going back forth with them both of my drinks melted. It has been 2days and they have resolved this matter.
As someone who is corporate level regional management, the way this establishment is ran says a-lot about this company as a whole. I have never allowed my company’s customers to linger whenever issues arise, nor have I ever let any of my teams be without leadership that can properly resolve problems. Additionally the fact that she told me the protocol and I know that she didn’t follow it speaks to the training of these team members. Today September 29th around 9:50am I was waiting in line for a long time. A car in the other line pulls up after me and the employee goes to that persons car before mine. I roll my window down and say “hey I was waiting here first” and she ignores me. Then after she finally comes to my car she didn’t greet me with a nice attitude. I don’t appreciate that at all. I asked for a strawberry lemonade matcha which should come out GREEN like on the website but instead I got a BROWN drink that looks like tea. I asked the employee who brought me my drink why is it brown and he said “because green matcha and strawberry makes brown” but on the app it shows a GREEN drink. I’ve never had problems like this at any other Dutch bros but for some reason whenever I come to the HANFORD location there’s always a problem. No I didn’t go back and ask them to remake it because I don’t trust that they would make it correctly. I will no longer be giving my hard earned money to this location.

Read moreThis is the second time that they have done this. I always order a vampire slayer with whip parfait or my newest favorite is the Pina colada with lemonade and both blended. Some girl didn’t even do my drink at all correctly and gave a rebel version of the vampire slayer and I let it slide.
But, today was horrible service. I don’t know if these young people understand how customer service works, or they prefer drinks a certain way than, what the customer requested but, I don’t know. Decided to order a Pina colada lemonade again and it was odd that the guy that was taking my order told me he only out pineapple and coconut but not with the strawberry fruit on top of it. Was confused but he told me ‘that’s their own version’. Let it slide and drove up to the window anyways.
When they gave us our drinks, there was no strawberry fruit on top of the Pina colada and when told the driver through girl, they just poured the strawberry toping all mad and didn’t apologize for the mistake at all. They all looked frustrated and annoyed when I told them that drink was wrong. But I am not coming back to this location.
