Rally's — Restaurant in Hanford

Besides the fact that they take foreeevvver on drive thru, they hurry you up while ordering. I told them 3 times to give me a minute please in less than a minute, yet still waiting 30 min getting from the intercom to the window, plus they have a ugly tone of voice. This is my second bad experience in abou a month or so. Last time they apparently charged me for the wrong order, didn’t mention that, just told me my card didn’t go through so they had to run it again then told me they had charged me wrong the first time, but the second time was right. Payed about $60 that day, I was ona budget till pay day and those extra $35 of the wrong order really did screw me over. Had she told me she originally messed up, I honestly would’ve cancelled my order to save me some gas money, no hard feelings. Asked for a manager, another lady shows up to the window, then turns out she wasn’t manager, another lady was. So by then I’m dealing with 3 rude people cause the actual “manager” had a temper and was basically shutting us out. Had payed $60, more than half not mine, she still refused to give us anything complimentary. I literally cried on my way home thinking what was I gonna do for the next couple days, left with my 3 kids in the back upset, it was just a complete bad and upsetting experience. I just left the Hanford rally’s very disappointed and unsatisfied. Earlier today (9/5/2018) I bought a food voucher on Groupon and upon trying to redeem it @ around 11:00pm DIANA(short , had colored hair and a nasty attitude) informed me she would not allow me to use the voucher since I couldn’t press redeem on the app.( I was unable due to bad service. )The groupon app clearly stated that I could also print the voucher out (as I did) and it would be accepted however that was not the case as DIANA would still not accept the voucher. Now I feel cheated out of my money and i am still famished. If your thinking of vising the Hanford establishment I highly suggest you rethink your decision and opt to go to a more friendly and competent place we’re employees have basic Skills...

I went to rallies yesterday to take advantage of their sale on big buford's I ordered for big buford's into small fries the total should have come out to about $22 when the girl rang it up she said $28 I asked her how come it was so much she said I don't know and I looked at the receipt and she charged me $12 for two big buford's instead of 7 I asked her what was up she said oh well you didn't ask for the 2 for 7 dollars then the manager said she put ten bucks back on my card and that didn't happen so I paid $28 for meal that you have cost me twenty don't go to Riley's they rip you off they say there's a sale but then they don't give you the sale price unless you ask for it and they're incompetent about taking you order she didn't even get my order right...
