edit: just picked up a burrito bowl with half chicken half steak today that I ordered online, looks like it was picked up straight out of a museum tf is this, you got artists working at resturant too now?? looks amazing
edit 2: Just picked up some food today and the meals were super light and when I got them opened they looked ASS 👎👎👎👎worst thing I've ever seen!!! sorry lil bro! Big kudos to the girl rocking the online orders, she wasn't here today when I got my very disappointing orders, meaning every time I brought in home a an absolute masterpiece, it must have been made by that very dedicated worker Girl must be carrying the whole store with these bomb meals, god be DAMNED! Immediately promote her to the top of the tree!!! keep up the good work!!

As someone who goes to chipotle because of allergies, Airport road is a heart attack shaped like a restaurant with how careless the staff is here. No joke, I saw one girl replace the guacamole by scraping the dregs of the old batch and folding it into the fresh stuff. The old batch had beans, shredded cheese, and lettuce stuck in it by that point; just throw it out already! Having a dairy allergy, it always nettles me that none of the restaurants take better precautions to keep the cheese from getting dropped in the other toppings (which they often do), but this is just too shoddy even by the chain's standards. The kicker is the reason they were opening a fresh tub was specifically because I had just explained that serving guac with other stuff in it is going to make other customers like me very sick. So your solution is to just hide the contamination in the new stuff that LOOKS fresh? I might be thinking of another chipotle (the high employee turnover rates are an almost universal problem) but I remember the staff were easily confused in other ways by me too. Read moreI had the worst experience at Chipotle. I placed my lunch oder online at 11:24 am for a 12 pm pick up. I pick up my order and rush back to the office ready to eat and see this bowl looked like someone else had been picking through it before me. Not to mention it was missing the corn salsa, black beans and sour cream. I waited until I got off of work to take it back. I walk to the register and ask for a manager. A young man was completing a cater order and came to me when he was done. I explained to him and showed him my meal. Instead of apologizing and replacing my meal This young man told me I had to get in the back of the line to get my meal replaced. I asked for his boss and this other young man who did his name was Anthony and who was very cold and short with me said it was company policy. To send a customer who utilized the company website for convenience to purchase a meal that was not prepared as ordered to get in the back of a long line so the order your employees messed up can be replaced? Absolutely not. I left that place in tears of anger and frustration from the poor and careless treatment I received. Your management truly needs customer service training.
