Worst customer service ever!!! I stopped in here on my lunch break first time ever coming there put my order in on a kiosk paid for it. I waited over 20 minutes. Mind you I only ordered a salad!! There was only two people in establishment that had their order before me…I hear everyone’s order being called out so I walked up to the front counter asked where is my order The young lady didn’t know what I was talking about I said where is my order!! I just paid for it 20 minutes ago here goes proof on my phone that I paid for it. She couldn’t find the transaction in her system called over to a manager. He didn’t know what he was talking about saying that The transaction didn’t go through. Then he walked back, spoke to another supervisor, gave me a printout and said that the order payment is reverse. I said why the hell would I reverse an order? I just put in while I’m waiting over 20 minutes for a salad,,, who authorized the payment to be reversed??? Then he got another supervisor who just looked stupid in the face that didn’t know what hell he was talking about either so I didn’t get my meal, my money is taken out of my account, And my lunch break is over… basically what they did was fraud!!! so now I have to call my bank and dispute it. It’s nothing but a waste of time I will never come to this establishment again or recommend it to anyone.Then I was told I just have to take it up with my bank. I clearly have money on my account. Mind you the place looks aesthetically pleasing, but the service they need to get it together especially with management. Worst customer service!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR...

I never leave reviews but this experience left such a bad taste in my mouth I probably won’t return. We waited 45+ minutes for our order and watched as people who arrived after us got served. When we asked, they said they couldn’t find the ticket on the line so essentially we were never going to get our food (and no one would’ve told us). When we asked for a refund we were told it couldn’t go onto the card only a Honeygrow account, but when I tried to log into my account it said I had invalid credentials so I never would’ve gotten my refund either. They wound up making the food after that, but it was so incredibly spicy all you could taste was spice and it made us sick (as people who can handle spice). There was no warning about how spicy it would be, and that level feels ridiculous. Additionally, when mentioning an allergy to one of the people on the line because there was no way to mark one on the kiosk, they were incredibly dismissive (even though the manager was kind and knowledgeable when we followed up with her). Overall a bad experience and was extremely overpriced for both the food and service...

Chesapeake Crab Stir-Fry contents: egg white noodles, crab, grape tomatoes, red onion, bell pepper, parsley, scallion, Old Bay broth and seasoning. I removed bread crumbs and noodles and added brown rice.

This dish needed more of each veg to be a healthy meal. I've never heard of adding bread crumbs to stir fry and never thought about adding bread crumbs to stir fry at home. They should 86 bread crumbs from menu, in my opinion.
