Extremely poor customer service. I went through the drive thru on a very busy morning to purchase warm milk for my small child and decided I should also get a tea for myself. It took at least 10 minutes and the line was out the parking lot. After I paid the person at the window they asked me to drive around and wait for my order. I found this strange as it was only warm milk and tea. After waiting another 5 minutes the person came out to my car and states she is not allowed to sell warm milk. I was completely perplexed because I had already paid. When I asked her to repeat what she was saying she said the owner would not allow her to bring out the milk. The audacity to take someone’s money and then refuse service, made it worth my time to go into the store and talk to this individual with my child in hand. The worker was absolutely right. I told the owner I did not want to understand or debate why he would not sell me milk while I have a small child with me waiting for it, I just needed a refund and would never come there again. This man argued with me for another 3 minutes before giving me the refund. This was in front of my child and a store full of people all waiting to be served. I almost just walked away because it was not a big purchase but the principal of the matter made me demand the refund. You can’t take peoples money and then decide you don’t want to sell them what they have already paid for. Terrible customer service. They are likely busy because of the lack of competition...
Read moreSome of the employees are disrespectful and unprofessional. I seen physical fight break out between the employees, like did they had the fight right then and there? I usually go here because my job is near that area, I ask for a large iced matcha latte with less iced. When I received the beverage, it look like they poured a small matches into a large cup😂😂.When I asked one of the women employee, she rolled her neck saying “ It is because it’s an iced base drink” ( very much hostile) I’m confused because the ice is in there it’s not like I asked for no ice. One of the men very kindly told me the reason they wouldn’t fill it up was because it would make it stronger. That SIMPLE. Read moreI am a LOYAL DD member. Today I visted this location for the first time I decided to redeem my rewards and order the free hash brown. As I’m waiting for seven minutes for hashbrowns 10 people come in after me with breakfast sandwiches and many different drink orders and left before I did. I went to the cashier twice to ask her where is my hash browns only to find out she never put in my code. So she attempted to ring me up again I waited an additional 10 minutes only to ask her again could she please just check on my hashbrowns it’s only five hashbrowns . The cashier walked to the back and I noticed the order was never put in the system AGAIN so she asked the Cook to make it as they both gave me a angry stare.
