Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Haring Township

Food is delicious! Customer service is very poor. They do not answer the phone, I have had to drive to the store to order food because after being on hold for twenty-five minutes I was hung up on. When I called back I was put back on hold for another fifteen minutes with no answer. I went down to the store to order and I let the lady behind the counter know thay maybe the phone was broke, she replied the phone is fine I just doesn't have time to answer the phone. Everyone has a bad day, however this same situation happened at least five more times since. We will only order in the afternoon before three or four pm if we want delivery. Which really makes me sad because I love the food!!

I normally love Jets, but today ordered the X-Lg Greek pizza, Detroit style. If you enjoy a pizza without any sauce, this one is for you. I wanted a meatless pizza for Good Friday, not realizing it didn’t have sauce on the pizza so I was a little disappointed. It does come with sauce on the side. And it was a little overpriced. $31 for a 12 piece XL?

(Edited) It was my 100% my mistake for not realizing a Greek pizza doesn’t have sauce. Missed it on the online menu. I will say even without the sauce it was pretty good. And as far as the price goes, the Manager of Jet’s in Cadillac called and made it right and offered me a free XL Greek AND with sauce if I want, lol. I really appreciate that Mr Nate! Very generous! Me and my stepdad Marvin just got two deep dish pizzas. Both here pepperoni and sausage. It was cooked to protection! I absolutely loved it! Oh yeah I forgot I got a thing of their cheese bread and that was also super good too!! 10 out of 10 would recommend! I haven't had jets much at all I prefer dominos if I'm being 100 percent honest but that's just because I love the garlic crust they have. But this pizza was delicious and everything was delicious. I appreciate everyone working tonight who got this food tasting so good. The people were also super nice.
