Place was not busy, no other customers to be seen, but guy at counter seemed annoyed by my shaved ice questions. The ice cream looked older and was hard. Shaved ice was closer to snow cone quality versus being fluffy. Syrup was poured from a portioned bottle, but not enough to flavor all ice. Not impressed with the choice of ice cream flavors. There was seating that allowed you to enjoy the ocean while eating, so that was a plus. I didn't try anything else on the menu. IMO if you are looking for good shaved ice, and are okay paying a couple dollars more, head over to Gecko Girlz.

The guy tonight was extremely rude. Ended up leaving after paying and not even getting what my husband and I wanted because of how awful he was to me. He loved my husband though, such a weird situation to be put in and for no reason. I walked up and he said how can I help you and I started ordering, he interrupted me, told me my husband goes first, my husband said he didn’t want anything to which the guy said oh okay fine what do you want I guess to me…I order, he says he’s not making it till I pay him, my husband had his wallet and goes to pay, he decides he wants shaved ice so the guy goes and makes my husbands shaved ice meanwhile still hasn’t gotten me my ice cream cone. This is the first and last time I will go here. Insane considering I have never been neither has my husband and I’ve never met this guy before in my life. Still didn’t get my ice cream and my husband left...

The ice cream was good for what it was, but the service was extremely disappointing. This cafe was recommended by our concierge, so we were expecting it to be a good experience. We drove 40+ minutes to get this ice cream and we were excited for it, but when we walked up to the cafe we weren’t even greeted with a hello. The worker just sat there and ignored us while playing on an iPad. Then once we ordered he seemed very annoyed that we wanted to purchase some of his products. Overall a very poor experience and we will not be recommending this...
