I took my son to altitude trampoline park with his nana and was craving a sweet almond pretzel so I went to grab one really quick it was only twenty mins before they closed I observed they had a line so I sat on a nearby bench in wait of my turn to order I got up to the counter 18mins before they closed an they lady was like we are done for the night sorry we close in fifteen minutes I’m like so I can’t order she said not any food only drinks I was so bummed an I felt it was wrong to turn away customers because you wanna clean early so u can leave at the exact time you get off but that’s not right whatsoever I live an hour away an was really looking forward to a pretzel can’t say I have ever experienced such disappointment an I believe her refusing to do her job right is completely unacceptable on many levels … guess they should hire better help cause the whole entire work crew was about not...
