Massey's Pizza Sports Bar & Wings — Restaurant in Heath

Ordered for the first time for a pick-up order. Asked for it to be ready by a 6:00pm, called at 5:00pm to be picked up in store by 6- arrived at 6, and had to wait an additional 10 minutes to be waited on, then another 15 for the order to be picked up. I arrived home to find that my deep dish pizza was a thin crust. I called the store back and was put through to a manger who offered to have me drive back to the restaurant with incorrect pizza in exchange for correct order. I informed him I was unable to do this as I now had children at home. He took down my information and I was told to call in and ask for a manager and could pick up correct order at no charge the next time I called in. 2 weeks later I did exactly that. Went to pick up the deep-dish pizza, and cashier tried to charge me- manager had to come out to verify it was on the house. I arrive home to find that my deep-dish pizza was actually a thick crust pizza- the order was still wrong! Rather than waste my time again and call back for a mediocre overpriced pizza at best, I"ll continue to give my business to Pizza Cottage instead- who, while expensive, the service and quality is...

Atrocious in every sense.

Came here extremely hungry for the "Lunch Buffet.", which in the entire hour we were there consisted of half a Hawaiian Pizza, half a dessert pizza, half a cheese, and three pieces of pepperoni. Not near enough for just the few people that were there, three different customers who walked up to see if their was more and there wasn't.

I had half a mind to walk out without paying (which I've never done in my life), but it was pretty hard to justify $25 on six tiny pieces of burnt, dry, tasteless pizza that sat for who knows long under the heating lamp.

The server didn't check on us a single time. Outside of the moment, she'd given us our drinks.

All this may have been justified if there was at all a crowd, but it was legitimately empty with staff doing who knows what. Entirely non attentive and careless of the situation.

I'd come here once long ago and never came back, but I couldn't remember why. I'm pretty sure it was this same buffet....

Tried it out right when they first opened this location in Heath. After we ordered, it took over an hour and a quarter to receive the food. With the server checking on us once in all that time. Horrible service. Six months go by, decide to give it another shot. Ordered carry out this time. Got a pizza and wings. Ordered at 5:45 and explained to the girl working the phone that I would like to pick up at 7:15, so delay the order. She said "our pizzas only take 20 minutes so no problem". I explained again that I wanted the order to be delayed because I wouldn't be in for over an hour. She said ok no problem. Arrived at 7:05 and the pizza was sitting under the hot plate. Bottom of the box soaked through with moisture. Clearly made right after I placed the order. I will never go back again, they got a second chance and won't have another. A shame because the pizza and wings are honestly not bad, but just horrible service every time I go. Other friends of mine have echoed the same things. Not bad pizza, but terrible service.
