Starbucks — Restaurant in Heath

I used to go here everyday and stopped because I go and order the same exact thing every time! But never hardly ever is my drink made the way I ask for it to be made every time. I'm So frustrated because I don't understand how I can be so difficult to make a person's drink the way they ask for it to be made, which is the same exact way every single time! But it's almost impossible to get the same person to make my drink the same way as they did the day before and I'm just blown away at the level of misunderstanding. I'll go out to the register and they'll ask me if I want my regular and I say yes I look like my regular but, it's not my regular because it's not made the way I ask for it to be made and they act like they know exactly what I want okay, so then how come you're not making exactly what I want? So I'm just done with this one I'm not going there anymore I'll just go across the street where They actually care if my order is made the way I like for it to be made. I could see if I only went there once every couple of weeks or something but, when someone visits your establishment every single day and gets the same thing every single day Annette you don't make it the same way everyday and I know all the girls don't work there so it's not like they don't know who I am because they know exactly who I am and they know what I'm getting as soon as they see me coming. I'm just done done done done I'll visit...

I will absolutely NEVER go to this Starbucks ever again! Not only are they super slow and rude... I was harassed 3 times for having my 3lb Yorkie/Beagle on my lap in a blanket. He is training to be my emotional support, and then eventually (if he qualifies). One boy asked me about him and gave me a hard time about it. Less than 10 minutes later, a girl approached me, asking about him.. he never made a noise or moved off my lap! As my friend and I were heading out the door, a woman chased after us telling me Starbucks didn't recognize emotional support dogs as per ADA! Not only was I harassed while trying to visit my friend, but I was attacked outside in front of people walking by! I have TBI, anxiety, and PTSD! I also suffer severely from fibromyalgia... stress... like the harassment causes me to have a flare-up, and I was in severe pain the rest of the day! Along with my anxiety and PTSD going through the roof. All over a 3lb puppy in training! This was unnecessary and just not good business. See pics of the puppy to see how harmless my little man is. Normally a roll of the dice how your drink will come out. Today I stopped in on my way to get 2 coffees. The barista, Shelly was the only one working and was making a couple drinks for the people waiting so I waited for her to be done. Apparently she didnt realise I was there and when she completed the drinks and turned around she noticed me and threw the dishes in the sink and followed that with "jesus christ, what can I get you now?" After I ordered she threw the receipt on the counter and walked away. Once I got my drinks my venti iced coffee was only 3/4 full and was white. When I asked why it was white in color she told me to "shake it up" and took her apron off and walked off as another worker showed up and began helping the line of people that showed up. As I walked away I shook up the drink and took a drink to taste nothing but frothy milk and a clump of caramel. Not sure if she was quitting or just mad at the world but for a $5 drink that I threw in a trash can on my way out kind of a waste of...
