Our recent family visit to Mountain Mike's Pizza in Heber City, Utah, was nothing short of fantastic. The food was delicious, and the service was exceptional.

The restaurant was bustling, and while we did wait a bit longer than expected, it was understandable given the busy Saturday night over Labor Day weekend. During our visit, an older gentleman, who may have been the manager, expertly handled a particularly rude and demanding customer who was upset about the wait time. Even after the manager made the situation right, the customer remained rude, loud, and hostile.

It's important to note that while we also experienced a similar wait time, it never warrants speaking to and treating someone so poorly. The manager showed great restraint, care, and customer service throughout the ordeal. His professionalism was impressive, and we hope he receives a raise or the recognition he deserves for his outstanding work.

Mountain Mike's has earned our loyalty, and we'll definitely be returning for more great food...

This was by far the worst service I have ever had in my life. We were staying in Midway with the grandkids and they wanted pizza. Called in an order and drove over to pick it up. When I got there, the child (who could have been no older than 13) couldn't find an order and brought out the manager who apologized and said they were having issues with receiving orders??? He said they would quickly make the pizza while I waited, which I did. After 20 minutes I inquired about it and once again they had done nothing. I was obviously very upset at this point and asked what they were going to do and he asked do you still want it? I said, of course I do, I wouldn't be there if I didn't. At that point the manager went back and made the pizza himself. The pizza turned out good. I would never order from this place again and would not recommend this place for any reason. I believe there are laws about child...
