This girl in the store had a very hostile expression on her face. Angry that customers are still walking in near closing time. Well, 22 minutes to closing is a lot of time i guess? There is still business to be done. Anyway, so now I see an entire area of ice cream covered away. I asked the girl why "she said because it's our closing time" me - "but it's still 20 full minutes!" She - "well these are our closing protocols" wow really ....the girl had no remorse or regret regarding these lies and ill behavior. Every time I come back, it brings back great memories of hanging out with friends, grabbing ice cream after school, and celebrating little moments. My son is highly allergic to peanut butter and my husband ordered him a chocolate ice cream with m&ms. He was assured by the lady there that there was no peanut butter. Mini Reese’s cups were in fact put in his ice cream. He said I just ate peanut butter so my husband took the ice cream. I then found a mini Reese’s cup in the ice cream and ate it myself to confirm it was in fact that with peanut butter inside. I called to let them know what had happened and they just would say it wasn’t in there and that the Reese’s cups aren’t with the m&ms. My intention was so it wouldn’t happen to another kid.
