I was planning on getting a frappuccino at this location. And I was ordering a slightly complicated drink order for my free rewards. And i asked for blueberries, a banana, and berries. The lady taking my order was very kind and great. Then while i was waiting for my drink the lady making my drink and so as the store manager "Katie" were saying bad things about the rewards program and that you guys should adjust it. Then the lady making my drink was constantly making a face at me like I did something wrong. When I got my drink I realized that I needed soy milk. I forgot because they totally gave me no respect while I was ordering talking back to me. I asked them if they could remake it. And they said ok and threw it away like nothing. And in the rudest way said they need more blueberries and banana. So they remade it. They finally got the drink to me. And I didnt say anything to them about what they said. So I told my dad he was furious. And I was way to scared. He started yelled at them for they're terrible service. And Katie said things like she knows there is a problem with the staffs attitude. But was not willing to admit what she said or did wrong or forgot something in my drink. She offered gifts and free drinks but we didnt want that. And when he said we were going to the main office. She was like go ahead do whatever you want sir. Try me. This is the craziest thing. This is the absolute worst Starbucks. You need...
Read moreI just went for coffee, sandwich, a cup of ice, and a cup of ice water. The barista Chloe was extremely rude, she got the coffee order wrong, didn’t put ice in the water, and handed me the three large drinks without a cup holder! Furthermore, when I told her that I wanted ice water, she replied, “ but you have a cup of ice” and when I confirmed that I still wanted ice water, she said “ the order doesn’t say, you must have been misunderstood”, all in a very cold sharp tone! Finally, when I reach for the stack of cup holders and said, “ can I have a cup holder?”, she snapped back “ Don’t. Next time let me hand you that”, I pulled back and waited for her to give it to me, but she kept on working..I had to ask her again twice before she handed it to me, without saying a word!
If Starbucks management thinks they can get away, especially in this day and age, with employing rude and prejudice individuals to run their business without facing financial consequences, they better reconsider. There are plenty of coffee shops with superior quality of coffee and better or compatible prices. No one wants to support a business that serves coffee laced with negative hostility! My experience was so bad, if could give a rating below one star, I...
Read moreI had a weird experience at this Starbucks location this afternoon at around 5pm. The appeared-to-be franchise owner (an Asian late middle age lady) was yelling at a cashier. In return, the cashier yelled back at her and threw her arms in the air, making it looked like a big deal! I have never seen yelling in a Starbucks like this before. I stepped back and got hesitate to refill my tea. I just stood there until they were finished with yelling at each other. Then, the appear-to-be franchise owner told me I need to be within the Starbucks promise in order to get the refill. I told her that I was sitting on that chair within the promise at all time. Then, the cashier lady yelled "He was saying that all week". The appear-to-be franchise owner said, "I need to be a Starbucks member to qualify for the refill". I thought, how come no one have suggested to me I need to be a Starbucks member to qualify for the refill. The enrollment was easy. I did it in 2 minutes. Probably I won't go back to this Starbucks again. On the funny side, I should have video tape the yelling between the cashier and the franchise owner. It was kind of hilarious. It was very unprofessional in the way they...
