Q'Paso in Helen, is an absolute gem We recently visited and were away by the incredible and exceptional customer service Everything we ordered was amazing. The and cheese empanadas were a delicious to our meal, a perfect balance of flavors a crispy, flaky crust that left us wanting more.
But the star of the show was undeniably the Cuban sandwich. Hands down the best we have ever had. The bread was perfectly toasted, the pork was juicy and flavorful, and the pickles and mustard added a tangy kick that elevated the sandwich to a whole new level. We couldn't get enough of it!
We also tried the beef bowl, and it was evident that Q'Paso uses high quality ingredients. The beef was tender and packed with flavor, and the accompanying toppings and sauces added depth and richness to every bite. It was a true delight for our taste buds.
Aside from the exceptional food, the customer service was superior. The staff at Q'Paso were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a memorable dining experience. They were knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent recommendations, making us feel valued as customers.
Overall, our experience at Q'Paso was nothing short of fantastic. The food was outstanding, the service was top-notch, and the flavors were clean and bold. If you find yourself in Helen, GA, do not miss the opportunity to dine at Q'Paso. You won't be...
Read moreOH! MY! GOSH! My husband and I were looking for a place to grab a bite to eat that was not only different from the regular Helen fare but also really good. We hit the jackpot! We walked in and they were cleaning up to close but the owners insisted we dine with them. I am so glad we did!! It is the best food we have ever had in Helen bar none. We tried the empanadas(chicken and pork), croquetas, plantains, and guava and cheese pastry. Oh, and they even had us try the rice and beans with some pork on top. Heavenly! Everything had so much flavor and the meats were so tender and juicy. They make all of their sauces homemade. The jalapeño was a nice heat, the habanero was really spicy, and the avocado and garlic sauces were delish. The black beans were the most flavorful I’ve ever had (and we eat many different world cuisines). It honestly makes me sad that we don’t live close enough to dine here often. Of course, based on how stuffed beyond belief we were and still had to take some to go, my waistline wouldn’t be too happy if we did live closer. This place is truly a hidden gem. Talking with the owners was a joy and we are so glad to have met them. I am hoping that word gets out and this place really takes off! Oh, and Google brought us to the wrong place, so beware and call them if...
Read more12/2024 Edited 3 Weeks after the owners response from 11/12/2024 or there about. So that I don't seem angry or anything. IDK....Seriously??? soo much for HONEST reviews. These guys wanna poor shame you and push you to Micky D's or Wendy's for other options? What a joke, we could have gotten MORE food, CHEAPER and probably better....

Not bad at all. I love Cuban food and eat it whenever I get a chance.
We had the La Bicha Arepa and the Cuban sandwich. They were kind of expensive at $15.99 each but good. Great picadillo on my Arepa, moist and seasoned perfectly. The arepa was alittle overdone, but with the juice from the sauce it negated that mostly. The closest to a real Cuban sandwich I've had in a long time. Good and flavor able.
Staff was personable and attentive, no-one was there... but friendly and fast never the less.
Not sure if we will return. It's good, we're not sure though if it's worth $40 for 2...
