So we took advantage of your mobile app offer of the Burger Bundle. 2 Whiskeys and a Bacon cheeseburger. I often wonder how you make any money on these offers. And tonight Applebee's in Hemet showed us how! The Whiskey burgers were no way even close to the pictures. Onion rings were the size of a mans finger ring! The size of a nickle, pathetic! 6 of them! The BBQ sauce was the size of a half dollar coin. When the top bun was put on the burger was half the size of the picture on your site! Talk about "Bait and Switch"! Pretty hard to mess up fries, but Hemet did their best, cooked extra long, like eating toothpicks! The "Lemonade drink was nothing more then water with a slight lemon flavoring, very slight... Sure glad we didn't pay extra for pickle, lettuce, onion or tomato, hate to see what we would have received, if anything at all!! And the Beaumont CA location does not charge extra for those items. Guess Hemet has to nickle and dime the locals. Anyway I understand now how Applebee's makes $$ on these promotions. Make the customer take home the product so they won't bring it back. Skimp on the ingredients, to cut food costs, charge extra for items that even In-N-Out give for free. Don't put much of any condiments (BBQ sauce) on the dry buns. Is this a true representation of what we would get if we dined inside? Because I would have sent it all back and walked out!! So the "Back of the House" manager approves all meals? SAD!! G-H-E-T-T-O I see why they have barely any stars.......go further west to INO

So, Need to understand, This is HEMET, and the quality of employees available may be scarce. The best are probably working somewhere else. Management can only do so much especially since this is a franchise operation (?). If you place a To-Go order, better look at what you pick-up before you make that drive home. Also, online there is a charge for extra condiments and there...

Alexis was a outstanding server. When the front desk it made a mistake about how many menus they have he went and got more menus for our party of five. He was always there kept the coffee hot and my root beer with two straws full. He was very attentive making sure that there was ending that was needed he got there and asked us before we even thought about it to make sure that we were taken care of sitting at our table. The food was piping hot all the servers came in with the food he had extra help with that that was also very good. The food was very very hot he explained as the other service did explain that the food was hot to make sure it did not touch any of us while they put it down in front of us very attentive even during the covid situation that we're in he was mindful of his space when he talked to us he was masked and everything else all the servers were wearing masks. Why not take any chances with any variant they seem to be prepared. Alexis, will be the main reason for me to come back to this place he deserves the five stars just for his service alone. I hope they can keep this up and I hope when he does move on to better and bigger things that he's replaced by just a very intent of server like he was. He would be the main reason I would recommend this place to anyone and ask for him to be your server. You will greatly appreciate it and make sure you tipping is a hard time. And he does such a great job. Sorry no pictures the food was so hot and looked so delicious I ate it up immediately and didn't take any pictures maybe next time. The two for $27 or 2 for 22 meal's was worth the money and it was delicious. I normally do not give this high such a high rating for a food chain store but that Alexis made a difference in the way he treated us and took care of us. This was a really fun place to come and visit! My friend and I ate from the 2 for $34.00 menu, I believe. We had a choice of several appetizers or salads. We decided on the Asian Bbq chicken wings (don't recall the exact name) but they were sweet, tangy and a little hot. They were boneless and delicious, perfect blend of sweet tang and some heat! Loved them! I then had a medium well steak and mashed potato that had the works...cheese, bacon bits, sour cream and garlic green beans. My steak wasn't what I was expecting...dry, lots of grissel, and very tough. Very disapppinting when I had heard such good things about their steaks. My mistake was waiting too long to say something. I was thrown off though because the first bite was flavorful. I also got strawberry lemonade that was delicious and refreshing on a very hot summer night. My friend got grilled chicken breast with mushrooms and shrimp. I'm not a seafood fan, but the chicken was tender, flavorful, and grilled to perfection. He let me have s few bites, we swapped and he agreed the steak was poor. Everything else was really delicious, and our server was wonderful. She was efficient, always had a smile on her face, and endured my friend's sometimes weak attempts to humor her with a gracious smile and laughter! Although, they didn't compensate us for the steak, they did comp us the strawberry lemonade and I got a glass to go. All things considered, the prices were very good and we were offered a good variety of food to choose from. The portion sizes were pretty generous also. I would definitely go back and revisit. I think this time I might get the chicken breast with mushrooms possibly! I hadn't been to this Hemet Applebees for many years, and it was nice to see them still serving up good food at reasonable prices and so many happy...
