9-22-24 Back at it for another smashburger on a Sunday after 7pm, which started to get busy; guess were not the only ones eating out on Sunday. Staff always on point and work great as a team with drop off and refills The smashburger was good and the watermelon tea was decent; make sure to stir before drinking to get the syrup to mix. On the 3 for me $11 menu - pay attention to the extra charge for loaded mash potatoes and roasted street corn with flavor. Restrooms were clean even a few hours before closing

9-11-22 pretty consistent visits now the three for 11 meals are pretty good and a good value. There will be some wait time for pickup expect 20 minutes or so but they seem to be sort staff and working really hard. The burger was really good as well as the new chicken tender type sandwich along with the fries and sides definitely will continue to come back. Be careful with the upsells they're not mentioned as an upsell until it comes time to pay 2-22-20 Got the fajita's and the they're great for $12 2-15-2020 Update...The wait time is no joke during the weekends. Service is tough during that time also. Make sure to get on their email list to get some free chips and salsa. 12-14-19 Update.... Another great visit; again the staff is awesome and accommodating. Refills are on point and fixes to any issues are quick even during busy times. Glad the management/owner give the members the authority to make necessary adjustments. Food is good and the 3 for 10 is a good deal. Try the mango tea; it's good and burger was not just a frozen patty. Update as of 4-2019...Our server was excellent, plenty of refills and add-ons for our table and this was peak dinner time during a Tuesday evening. Chips and salsa were nice; being they were warm; cause who doesn't prefer warm chips. This place used to be excellent, I don't know why it has deteriorated to this level. Ordered 2 half and half ribs one is chipotle ribs and house ribs. I got house bbq and Texas dry rub?? What? Also ordered corn cob and street cob... got coleslaw which I despise and frys.. to make things perfectly F#$# up, it was curbside pickup and no one came out, I had to go in after 35 min in the car to get it. Food was already cold. Thanks a lot Chilis, what a way to ensure bad service. Food is good but service totally sucks!!!! I'm sorry I gave a tip.

Update 2/18/24:

Went back yesterday to try our luck with them. Ordered full rack of ribs, corn on the cob and sausage. Service was defi Italy much improved, not much of a wait to get the food out to the curb. everything was great until we got home and opened the box w/ the ribs. We were shocked w/ what we saw. The ribs were literally all bone.. looks like they had taken every meat but the skin. It did not have any sauce. just dry rub we ordered honey bbq, I tried calling but no one answered and we were too far and too hungry to go back. Totally disappointed. Waitress Audrey was extremely slow. When she finally took our order 4 out of 5 of us ordered a salad 2 got them and the other 2 kept waiting. Audrey finally came by I asked her where they were. Oh she would go check. Another waiter finally brought them out. However less than 2 minutes later all 5 entrees appeared. But again 2 steaks were 6 oz which was correct. Two others were 10 oz. 1 was ordered med the other med well. Neither one came out marked so the 2 waiters bringing them out were confused. So the went and took it back. Daughter had to wait for it. I don't understand why the original waitress or waiter isn't responsible to seeing the whole meal through. Don't like it. Too many things get mixed up. Audrey wasn't very attentive, took forever for her to come around. We ordered our desserts as they came with our meals. Took forever and again someone other than our waitress Audrey delivered them. I had to twist my families arm to come here as they haven't been fond of Chilis for awhile. Alas, they have convinced me that we won't come back. It's too bad, but I'd like to feel like we are getting our monies worth and that our server earns the tip...
