Arby's — Restaurant in Henderson

Super rude attendant/ drive thru window girl. Have you ever driven up to a window and felt extremely rushed to automatically know whats on the menu and order instantly? Sorry! I don't eat here daily have some patience please...

That was the feeling. Not only that while I was ordering I didn't get any response for about ten seconds and when I did it was a sarcastic demand to repeat everything over again..

After I get to the window the (red head) girl that happened to be the same person taking my order kept rolling her eyes when I handed her money, when she gave me my food, and when I asked for sauce.

When I asked for barbecue and arbys sauce she gave me arbys and horse radish sauce then shut the window and walked away... I waited. Again she rolled her eyes walking back opened the window and asked. ''what?" I asked if I could have barbecue sauce again. She said I put some in the bag. So I checked the bag in front of her again. Then when she realized I was right she rolled her eyes once again and said,

"usually when people ask for barbecue sauce they mean arbys sauce."

(my thoughts) No when people ask for BARBECUE sauce they mean BARBECUE sauce....

I didn't even say anything or argue with that ignorant statement. You can't fix people like that.

Anyways I reach into my bag on the way home looking for a napkin, to my surprise there wasn't any of course. The whole experience made me mad enough to write this review. Customer service was horrible here and I don't plan on coming back to this location. Ill just go to the other 10 fast food restaurants next to it when I decide fast food customer service is worth dealing with.

This happened on Friday May 15th at 7:20 pm.

I used to enjoy this location. Now the tables are consistently dirty even though there is only one other customer inside and 2 in the drive thru. I ordered and it took 30 mins to get food, this is from the timer I can see on the screen above the food passthru from the back. all the orders we're blinking red. they gave me cold fries. When I went up to the counter to have them replaced Jennifer who originally took my order tried to give me more fries out of the bin I repeated to her that I would like fresh fries and I would wait for them and she said these are fresh well being served cold fries already I had no reason to believe her so I again repeated that I would be happy to wait for fresh fries at that point she became brood and her manager dropped a basket of fries. Typically they bring these Replacements out to you in the dining room I had to go back up to the counter to get them even though they were not busy. It seems the only reason this place has any business is because of them being unique to the marketplace it's the only place you can get roast beef and they are located in a busy spot on Stephanie Street in Henderson, so it gets new traffic. They're typically very light on crew here between 2 and 3 people occasionally four but I've also been inside when there was only two during lunch. Iimagine they had to cut back overtime consistent with their slow pace of business if you go to a competitor like Burger King or McDonald's or Habit Burger any number of places nearby they are far far busier typically a McDonald's will run 15 employees during lunch keep up with demand. It is just a constant disappointment every time I've come here in the last couple years they've really...

Ok this location is a little confusing….. For the location, one would think “Better customer service” Nooooo…..upon walking in and standing waiting and waiting and waiting to be acknowledged while watching the girl at the counter text on her phone, I finally said something otherwise she would have kept on texting and acting as if she has no training in customer service. Perhaps the broom-like eyelashes she had attached to her eyes were blocking her vision. She wasn’t friendly, nothing showed she wanted to be there. QUIT! Then the “manager” came to help me (with same eyelashes 🤦🏽‍♀️) but was friendly and made visit better. The most helpful one was short Latin lady, very cheerful, helpful and kind. I won’t return as there’s too many restaurants on Stephanie to put up with this nonsense. Clearly Needs to re-evaluate the quality of workers at this location. Food- Dry brisket and old onion strings were placed on my sandwich 🤦🏽‍♀️

Do Not recommend this location! Go anywhere else in Stephanie, many...
