Fatburger — Restaurant in Henderson

Ehhh. I’m in the sign biz and should have trusted my gut when I took a hard look at the outside of this building. I ordered an impossible burger and chocolate vegan shake. Service was ok. Speaker in drive thru barely works. Drive thru directional have been hit by cars multiple times + graffiti. Neon building signs look like the place almost went up in flames… a few times. Let’s talk about the food. Unfortunately dry, stale, weird mystery crispy things in the lettuce. I’ve ate a burger here once or twice before and it was good. This one must have been at least 2 days old and microwaved. Bun was hard as a rock. The vegan chocolate milkshake feels like I might get diabetes from it and for $12 (more than the burger) not worth it. I know times are hard, but please give your building and product a much needed facelift and QA overview. You have a great product. Just put some TLC into it. $29 dollars for an old impossible patty lettuce pickles and mustard a fry and a $12 shake that was just ok....

If I could give zero stars I would. They messed up my order after I repeated to them 3 times and charged me for extra patties and cheese I didnt get totaling over 7 dollars. Go to the fatburger in the casinos. I dont feel like they cared when I called to let them know they messed up the order. I went on 2 different occasions and this happened. No one opens their burger in the drive through to check it and they know it so they arent thoroughly checking the orders. Went to the one in sunset station and they got it right. WOW! AMAZING! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING! THE WHOLE CREW OF LADIES WORKED TOGETHER, EVERYONE SUPER FRIENDLY, HARDWORKING, CLEANING, ETC! THE FOOD CAME UP IN A TIMELY MANNER DISPITE BEING VERY BUSY! THE FOOD WAS AMAZING! I LOVE MY HOT FOOD HOT AND THIS WAS TIL THE VERY LAST BITE! EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE WAS AMAZING!
