Hannah Flanagan's Pub & Eatery — Restaurant in Hendersonville

Okay, I just deleted my old review. We have been going to Hannah Flanagans for over four years now, and like I mentioned in my first review, the restaurant does have a nice Irish flavor to it. We did enjoy it and brought our friends & family often. But, just last Saturday we ordered take out wings. $59 dollars worth! We asked for them plain with dipping sauce on the side. As a side note, we often ordered wings in the exact same way. They were usually pretty good, except could tend to be over cooked and dry if you don't mention that when ordering. We have lived in Buffalo NY for many years in the past and have been to the Anchor Bar a lot. So we know what good wings are. All that to say, when we got our order home, the wings were extremely salty, like they were soaked in some kind of salty vinegar. They were almost un-eatable. But because we had company, I tried to cook them a bit in butter. It didn't help. Yesterday, my husband called to complain, since it wasn't cheap. (We don't mind paying if its decent) The manager told us that their wings have always come pre-marinated with a sauce. Which does not seem to be true, since they NEVER tasted like that before! Also said if we would have brought them back right away, maybe they would do something. (Yea, right, drive there, pick them up, drive back home to a houseful of company waiting for dinner and then drive back again.🙄 ) And basically said " too bad for you." Hannah Flanagan has lost us as customers. This seems to be the way of many restaurants today, a lack in caring about quality, customer service and satisfaction. So sad. They could be the best around. So buyer's beware of their specials (especially shrimp. )and now their wings, if you don't like things so salty you can barely eat them. Just a side note, now I've been hearing about how the kitchen is nasty, maybe that's why the wings were so awful? I guess after you've had a few beers anything...

I used to love this place. When I became an Uber driver, I received money to drive a man home. The head manager witnessed the man get into my car. Now I don't know what they have against him, but, I know it's personal. Because this establishment decided to ban me, and all I did was drive someone home. The fact that I cannot enter is unreasonable and the manager won't even let me speak my side of it. I'm still not welcome and it's been over a year. At this point in time. I don't even want to go back. They have more roaches than any other restaurants on mainstreet. My name is Michael Turner. I'm not a hard man to find and at any point before now the manager could have given me a chance to speak. But that's the kind of people they have working for them. A person who projects that she is better than the rest of us, simply because she has a title. This is my review. Google asked me to tell others why I hated this place, I used to love this place. I Let a man into my car to take him home and I got banned from entering the establishment. That's why I hate that place. They won't even let me speak my piece, well now that I have written it. What will they say? How will this effect their business? What if they kick you out for no reason? I debated posting this, but since I have been silenced at every other turn, I'll...

Ok seriously this place is 6 stars!!! The fried pickles were some of the best I have had. They it says spicy because apparently they normally include some jalapenos, but my wife and kids were afraid it would be too spicy. Our waitress had them do pickles only which was perfect for the family. The house made Ranch dressing was so good you could dip anything in it and make it better. But the pickles has a great batter, I was good either way. I wish I had gotten some of the Jalapenos too, I but they are amazing too. The Quality and Quantity at this place were both great. My wife and I split the Reuben and Irish Dip. Reuben was knock your socks off good. One of the best I have ever had. The Irish dip was also very good. I got the Crispy Onions as a side which were good plain and dipped in that amazing ranch. My wife got the O'Briens potatoes. Those were pretty amazing as well. Look at those chicken tenders. Huge, meaty, and cooked to perfection. My daughter got the burger also good. Seriously nothing we ate here was below excellent. I can't say enough about this place. Our Waitress was amazing!!! The food was amazing. I live in a different state, and we will probably make it back there some how just to get that Reuben and Fried...
